Great beans!! I'm a convert. For a small roaster, there's some variety, and the quality is impeccable. I've purchased beans for myself, and as gifts. If you order online, there's a shipping option. Local delivery is pretty quick!

I am an occasional coffee drinker because I'm picky about my coffee. I'm drinking it more often after discovering our very own roaster in the city. Coffee made from these beans was served at a meeting and on drinking it, I was immediately distracted and wanted to know where the coffee was from. Jeremy Raths roasts all his coffee lovingly and unhurriedly in small batches, with the result that no bean is underdone or overdone. He travels quite a bit to work with coffee growers and to teach them how to roast for themslevs. It helps coffee growers sell directly to purchasers, making a little more than they would selling to middlemen or brokers. But how is the coffee you may ask (you should be asking). Divine. Jeremy's Sumatra is so well balanced and smooth that your Yelp review will write itself. The minimum amount to purchase is a 1lb. bag. If you're not sure what you'd like, Jeremy can help you figure that out.

There is some street parking as well as some paid ramps. I came in on a Saturday morning around 10AM. By then, it was busy, but I was able to still find a seat. The staff were kind and I think as pleased with the number of drink options as well as pastries - gluten free, too! I enjoyed a seasonal lemon bar latte (yum!) and a gluten free banana chocolate chip muffin. I will likely be back. The coffee is great, the parking situation is just a bit weird.

I used to live in the area and when the small coffee shop opened I was so exited to have that in our community and was happy to support them - even if some coffee beverages were top dollar. I was in the area today, and decided to stop in since I no longer live in the area and wanted to enjoy a good brew. Unfortunately, the experience I had left me leaving with a bitter taste in my mouth - and it wasn't from the coffee. I thought it goes without saying, but when a customer greets you, you should greet them back, not just stare. It would be even better if your staff would greet each customer first - make them feel welcome. Maybe I'm a millennial channeling boomer energy, but for years I'm noticing the customer service disappearing from a lot of businesses. I love that connection, but I'm understanding that some people see only a paycheck and skid by with minimal customer service and that is the new way. I don't plan to visit this establishment again. I wish the barista with star tattoos would have put in enough customer service energy that she did with her impeccable makeup.

I am not usually a coffee drinker, but this place has great lattes. So smooth and not too sweet, which I love! I wish they had a medium-sized drink as their small is too small, and the larger one is a bit too big. I've always gotten the bigger size and ended up finishing it throughout the day!! My favorites - chai latte, spygirl (lavender/honey latte), solid gold (turmeric latte). Still have a few others that I want to try while I am still in MN. Definitely going to miss this spot when I go back home!

The lobby itself is very stylish, with big dark bookshelves, large plants, big fireplace, cozy and comfortable seating, tables, a pool table, etc. When we visited it was decorated for Christmas and that alone was worth the visit! The coffee was delicious and service good. My husband and I both ordered the seasonal "Shakespeare's Fool" which was delicious in decaf and regular. The latte art on top was a plus! The only downside or thing to know is that this location will not accept Spyhouse giftcards because it is part of the hotel. I came wanting to use one, so this was a bummer but I understand and the barista was very apologetic. As a side note about the business, it's impossible to check your giftcard balance online. So while I'd like to use my giftcard, I'm unsure if I will realistically be able to soon!

The miso cortado was delicious and really stood out, and they have a great variety of specialty drinks. The service was also extremely kind and welcoming, which I genuinely appreciated. That said, the space didn't quite live up to the hype. The location felt a little unfinished. Minimal decor, unfinished flooring, and no truly cozy seating made it feel less like a place you'd want to settle into for a while. While they encourage people to linger and don't offer Wi-Fi (which I respect), the ambiance doesn't quite support that intention. It felt more like a quick in-and-out stop, even though that doesn't seem to be their goal. The atmosphere was chill, with vinyl records playing in the background, which was a nice touch. I just wish the overall design and seating matched that relaxed, stay-awhile vibe. Great coffee and kind staff, but the space itself didn't fully align with the experience I was hoping for.

They have a lot of super intriguing drinks that I can't wait to get back and try, but I had to have the black coffee for my first stop. They only do pour overs and mine was great. And so were the beans I took home. It's really nice to see a coffee shop that cares about their beans more than syrupy drinks. The shop itself is small but has some nice seating options. One thing to note is that they don't have WiFi so this place isn't really meant for the work from home crowd. I can't wait to get back here

It's the perfect place to chill, get some work done, or just sip on really good coffee. Not to mention the staff are always so friendly. I stopped in to check out their seasonal menu, but ended up ordering my usual Brown Sugar & Spice Latte and topped it with their new cheesecake cold foam. Total game changer, and you should seriously try it out. I also grabbed their new California-style breakfast burrito, and I'm really hoping it becomes a permanent item since the avocado takes it to another level. Maybe I am a bit biased, but Jones Coffee is always worth the stop. Great coffee, great vibes, great people.

There were 3 people ahead of me in line plus a few customers waiting at tables for orders. I will say the barista was working hard at getting the drinks out as fast as he could. Very efficient. Once I seen that they serve food (light bites but still needing prep) I was hesitant to stay in line out of fear that one of the people would order something and I'd be late for work waiting but glad I stayed (even though I was still pushing it). They also take online orders btw. So probably not idea if you are in a time crunch. I ordered the oat milk matcha latte and a vanilla latte and used my coffee compass for bogo free deal. Both drinks were good and the price wasn't too bad. The summer drink menu was mostly coconut themed - almost every drink. If you love coconut you should check it out. The overall vibe was chill. Liked the music playing- wasn't too loud. Plenty of seating and even a smaller patio out back. Parking can be challenging in this area as the streets are pretty busy and single lane.
