Despite the fact it was after hours (evening before the party), Rod actually spent 20 minutes with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem, assist me with repairing a valve and priming a pump. He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. Other companies said it would be $475 just to come out and take a look. This is the only company I will use for all my future pool service needs. Hard to find people like Rod these days. Months of poor service, false reports, and zero accountability…read more They let our salt cell become caked with scale, doubled the salt level to dangerous levels (forcing us to drain half the pool), and nearly shut off flow to our heater--costing us weeks without a working spa and a service bill we shouldn't have paid. We caught techs on camera skipping basic tasks like brushing and basket cleaning, staging photos for reports, and even taking drinks from our fridge without asking. Filter cleanings were overpriced, rushed, and messy, with bills coming early and no real work done. Unprofessional, unreliable, and unethical. The only thing they did reliably was remove our safety net for maintenance--which in hindsight was not worth the damage, hassle, and dishonesty.
