Excellent work, fair pricing, and beautiful remodeling finishes! The attention to detail truly shows in every part of the project, especially the backsplash installation, which was completed with precision and care. The finished work looks clean, polished, and professionally done. The quality of the craftsmanship exceeded my expectations, and the pricing was very reasonable for the level of service provided. I truly appreciate the time, effort, and attention given to making sure everything was completed correctly. I would confidently recommend their services to anyone looking for dependable work, great value, and high-quality remodeling results! read more

Elvis and team are amazing. We hired a contractor who took took off and never finished the work on our house. Our main concern was a pergola that was not anchored and monsoon is here. Elvis came and did an honest assessment, showed us exactly what needed to be done and quoted us on the spot. Even better he showed up the next day with his team and finished all the work on schedule and within budget. We highly recommend this company, especially after being burned once. We are thrilled with his commitment and attention to detail read more

In my experience, it is very uncommon to work with a company that impresses you with exceptional customer service from the initial call to request a quote to the completion of a project. Rebuild Arizona is the company that did this for me. I called to request a quote and they promptly returned my call to schedule a visit at a time convenient for me. At the agreed upon time, Elvis, the owner, arrived with Corey, one of the team members, to review the project. They provided detailed information on the work that would need to be performed and the cost. It was all very professional and, I must say, quite impressive. When I accepted the quote, a date and time to complete the project was set. Elvis, Corey, and Chase arrived on time and began the work. They kept me updated on what was being done to correct the problems. In my situation, the issue was several doors not closing appropriately, one of the doors being my very large, very heavy front door. When all work was complete, they invited me to check each of the doors to ensure it was working as I expected. They completed all of the necessary paint touch ups and did a very thorough clean up. They thanked me and made me feel very appreciated. I highly recommend Rebuild Arizona for any home repair projects you might have. read more

I found this company on Yelp, they were excellent at communication, they showed up promptly from the first day when i got my quote, and their work looks great. My tile backsplash was put in by a wizard, it's what I dreamed the remodeled kitchen would look like. I think they had my old kitchen torn out in less than three hours. Super quick team, and Elvis was on site supervising the whole project. I wouldn't call them the absolute cheapest, for all the quotes I had for this project they were on the low-mid end, and I'm delighted with the value I received. I'm thrilled with the expertise and care they took with my home, and they swept and mopped on their way out the door. read more

Professional, great communication and timely responses. Showed up when they said they would. Great to work with! The repairs they did on the exterior of my home are beautiful beyond what I thought was possible. These folks take pride in their work and it really shows in the end result. This is a company that I definitely would recommend to anyone. wish I could figure out how to import pictures to show the before and after. read more

Seemed to be a nice guy but be prepared to pay more than double the price. I needed a screen door taken down and a new one put up and he told me around 700.00. The other one I got was $100. read more

They did a great job filling in an unexpected sunken floor in our home. I would use them again.

Once again Maisa and Elvis are the best!!! When I book an appointment in advance I never have to worry whether or not Elvis is coming. Maisa promptly sends me a text confirming and then the day of, she will text me that Elvis will arrive within 30 minutes and he does. The work is completed in the time frame as promised and it's always to my satisfaction. Elvis looks out for the little things too. Whenever I need an estimate, I receive it promptly and never have to worry about when it's coming. I look forward to continuing to do business with this company when the next home improvement project comes up. read more

He came out to look at my project, took some photos and said he would get back to me either that day or the following day. Here it is four days later and no response after texting him twice to inquire when I might get a bid. this is a followup review to my original post. Apparently, there was some confusion regarding the business's phone numbers. They contacted me following the review telling me they never received my texts(it does happen; technology is great, but only when it works). They provided the bid which had been promise. read more

Great Experience with Elvis and his crew, Corrye and Chase. Elvis gave me an estimate for a repair of a set of exterior French doors that hadn't completely shut or locked for over a year. He scheduled my repair for 2 weeks later with only a 30-minute time frame for arriving which was amazing. I received an invoice the day of the estimate via email with details of the expected repairs. They called 45 min. prior to arrival and worked for the next 3 hours non-stop, no breaks. Elvis is detail oriented, so everything was checked and explained to me as the work was being completed. Elvis, Corrye and Chase couldn't have been more friendly or comfortable to have in my home. The three men worked well as a team. Many adjustments had to be made because the door wasn't originally installed correctly in any way and is now 25 years old. They made each adjustment, changed the locks, and hinges, rehung the doors and even though there was a lot of extra work, the original estimate was honored. Corrye and Chase cleaned everything including the floor, carpet and windows on the door prior to leaving. I immediately received a final invoice via email showing payment made in full. It couldn't have been a better experience. This team can come back anytime. read more

These guys are awesome. They came in to adjust a self-closing hinge for our master bedroom. The did great work and charge a fair price. I will definitely hire them in the future. read more

We had Elvis come out to close off a pony wall on our loft and install a ceiling fan. His team was great! They also added a new outlet in our loft. They fixed some questionable electrical wiring that was done by the previous owners of the house. They also added on patching some drill holes in our wall, they dry walled our half finished dog-door installation and added a new outlet in our living room for a TV, all for free. Compared to the other quotes we received these guys were the best option! There were some issues with the finished product but their response time was immediate and they came back out within 2 days. There were then some issues with matching the paint color but again their response time was immediate and they came out 2-3 days both times! Elvis followed up with us every time to make sure we were happy with the finished product. We are very happy with the end result! read more

Top notch service! Here's why... I used Elvis for 2 jobs so far, at my parents' house, and will be using him for many more. He first added new doorknobs and locks to their front and back door, having to drill out solid door holes for them to fit. The second job was cutting out rusted wrought iron fence pieces and replace them with aluminum. Everyone else wanted to tear it all down and replace with a new one, and that would cost too much money for me. My mom's front fence looks great now and I don't worry about anyone getting cut on it when they walk by. Elvis is very accommodating and pleasant with my mother, which makes me feel quite comfortable having him there and Maisa keeps me posted when Elvis will be there to do his job. Thank you, Elvis, and Maisa. read more

Maisa you could not ask for a more thorough person to explain billing she works with you to work around your schedule. Such a caring person that I find very easy to talk to. Elvis is the best you always know the price he will explain different options to what you are having done. Derek works for him very easy to talk to and does great work. What I like about Elvis is that if he says his workers will be there at a certain time they are. He has very creative solutions to what you are trying to do. I have hired so many bad Remodelers who 20 minutes before they are do out cancel on you. Elvis will tell you that they are booking up quick and if there are any delays will let you know way in advance. It is great to finally find someone who stands behind their work and does a VERY profesional JOB. Can't say enough about Elvis and his great team. THE BEST read more

Responded quickly. Windows were done well and I will be using for other work I need done.

If I could give this company 100 stars, I absolutely would. We originally called them out to fix a pocket door but ended up hiring them to do repair work from a flood we just finished dealing with insurance. They came out the same day took all the information they needed and we received a quote after a couple hours. Junior, the supervisor, spoke with us and adjustments were made - as soon as we agreed on the work order a plan was made for them to come out and cut into the walls so make sure we weren't working with any mold. The next day work got started - they communicated every single step of the way. Elvis, the owner was there for most of the work. He and his crew were all incredibly friendly and dealt with our dogs (who can be pretty vocal) with good humor. We have a house that needs a lot of work and Junior and Elvis were more than happy to talk us through other projects and offer suggestions. We will absolutely use them again and recommend to anyone that needs any work done. The price we were quoted is the price we paid! read more

I had many jobs done by Elvis and his crew who have proven to be honest, reliable and available immediately with any questions or concerns. No job was too big or small so let me give you the range of work he accomplished beautifully. Pool sails over my pool look and perform as I wanted, painted pool surface around pool, rebuilt my kitchen end cabinet to match perfectly due to termite damage, even washed my tile in house on hands and knees and moved my electric outlet to middle of wall to have a new TV hang on wall. Within 20 minutes he arrived to help me with an electrical issue on a Sunday at 5:30 pm! Then next day replaced a bad breaker. Their scope of work is amazing....anything I need I have them on speed dial and I get a response immediately! Can't say enough of how happy and relieved I have found a full service general contractor with integrity! read more

I called Elvis and his team to repair some cracks in my ceiling, install a light fixture, and some other odds and ends that had been piling up around the house. They were quick to respond, come over for a quote and get me scheduled very quickly, which was more important to me than shopping around for the best deal. Elvis and his crew arrived on time and even called me when they were 30 minutes away so I could secure my two dogs. They worked quickly and efficiently, and cleaned up well when the service was complete. I will be calling on Rebuild Arizona Construction for all my handyman/electrical needs moving forward, and will likely use them for larger projects I have in mind down the road. read more

I've used Rebuild AZ Construction for repairs and maintenance at my rental property about 5-6 times now, and every experience has been excellent. Since I don't live in the area, it's really important to have someone I can trust and they have earned that trust. Elvis consistently does high-quality work, shows up on time, and communicates clearly. What I really appreciate is his honesty. On more than one occasion, he checked something out and let me know it didn't actually need repair or it wasn't as bad as I initially thought, and didn't charge me for the unnecessary work. Their pricing is always fair, and I never feel like I'm being upsold or pressured into repairs that aren't needed. It's a huge relief to know my property is in good hands with someone I trust. I highly recommend! read more

Excellent quality work. Very knowledgeable and wants to do the job correctly with high quality. Very responsive to the customers needs and desires. Would not recommend. They abandoned the job and charged too much for too many mistakes. Leaks all over, I had to redo a lot of the work myself and hire a professional to reinstall the shower door. I will be putting a formal complaint with the AZROC for no license and job abandonment. Elvis three times told us he was a licensed GC. When you look them up on the AZROC they are nowhere to be found. Definitely not a dream but a horrible nightmare. Maisa, thank you for your response. The last text I sent Elvis (4/22/22) asking to come finish the job he said he would get back and that had been over a month. He never got back to me. The piping that we discussed I told Elvis not to do it that way and he did it anyways. Elvis was the one saying it would work, not me or Kelle. And no I have not paid the rest because again, the job was ABANDONED. When a job is abandoned the job won't get paid. In everything we discussed through text, in person, and over the phone, it was not completed on your end. For everyone else considering hiring these scammers, I suggest you ensure the job is under $1,000 as anything over that is illegal without an AZROC license. read more

We just moved into a new home in Scottsdale and needed repairs to an electric sliding door in our Kitchen (before we moved in someone had accidentally triggered the door to open while it was still locked and ripped the frame off the wall slightly, along with the tile at the baseboard. Elvis and Maisa were responsive, he came out that day to look at the job, gave us a reasonable estimate and was back first thing the next morning to fix it. He did a fantastic job, restoring it to brand new and addressing an existing issue we found with the door seal itself. He explained the work he was doing and why he was doing it as he went along. Finally Elvis is super professional, friendly, knowledgeable about the Scottsdale area and on home renovations (we have some work we'll want to get done once we settle in). read more

Elvis and his team came to our house to do a list of repairs in June 2021. They did some dry wall, grouting, and painting, and some other miscellaneous tasks. The whole thing was supposed to take them two full days, but they did it in one afternoon. It seemed like they rushed through things, but at the time of their departure everything looked good enough (a few things should have been cleaned up better, but overall it was fine). The whole thing cost us around $2500, which was a higher price than some other companies had offered, but worth it for what we hoped would be a high-quality job. After a few months, the cracks they had fixed were back in the drywall, so we asked Elvis to come back to fix things again. He did it at no additional cost to us. Again, we were mostly happy with the work they did and we appreciated that he came back to fix things. Now, in January 2022, all of the cracks are back in the drywall and some in the grouting, and the paint job looks very bad (see photos). Overall, it feels like we spent a lot of money and things look just as bad, and in some cases worse, than they had before they came. read more

My regular handymen were out of town for the holiday. My second option was to use an alternative contractor but they were booked for two months. The third option was to use Dream Builder. They came out, review the list of items, gave us a pricey quote and said they weren't able to start until after the holiday. At that point, I should've said no thank you and wait for our handymen. Instead, we moved forward with Dream Builder. Overall, they did a poor job. One of the two guys shouldn't be in this business. He didn't know how to sand or stain wood. Both were done against the grain. In addition, he used all the stain as if it was paint. I had to strip it, resand and restain. Oh, money well spent.... As for Elvis, he didn't texture the wall and, when we asked, he told us that it'll look textured once the paint dried. Are you kidding me?! You can see that it's not textured when it's wet. One positive thing out of this job was finding out a wire was dead so we asked Elvis to ground it to be safe. read more

Elvis did a great job at my home and rental. I will use him in the future. He had timely responses, was friendly, and did what he said.

Wonderful experience. Professional and and efficient--we will certainly be calling again for work in and around our home.

We have one of those trash cabinets that slide in and out on 18" rails. He seemed like he was in a hurry then said it was the bearings when they were working fine before. He added a little ledge to store trash bags, which was nice, but the trash does not slide in and out and what the problem is he reassembled the box off center. My kids and mom can even open it. I assumed I was paying some $200 to fix my trash and not make excuse and bail when the job isn't done. You can clearly hear wood rubbing, not railing. read more

Elvis and his teammate Maise were great! I had several bids for my time sensitive project and they were by far the best. They scheduled a next day time with me, showed up on time and estimated the work quickly. The completed workmanship was excellent. They came after hours as I needed my bathroom done quickly before I left to travel. In addition to completing the work they had bid on, they saw a few other quick fixes that would complete my project. They completed those few small things and did not add anything to their final bill.
