Aqualine Pools: Mike of Aqualine Pools has rescued my pool. The previous pool company I was using…read morewas really bad. My pool had turned green. We thought it was too far gone, but Mike managed to bring it back to clean swimable water. He also performed a badly needed filter cleaning (more than once) to assure the last of the dreaded Algae was gone. He also repaired the shaft seals and a minor pipe leak to bring the system up to perfect performance. Mike's name was given to me by Leslie's Pool and I took a chance he was good. Best thing I ever did. My former pool company is no longer working for me (I'm pretty upset with them). Mike has earned my loyalty going forward. Thank you Mike. Thanks Aqualine.

I hired this company for almost two years. They were great, until they completely screwed us over…read more My new tenants informed me that the pool had algae and was really dirty. I didn't understand why because we had weekly pool service. I reached out to try to understand what was going on. Tara (customer service contact) then told me that they had not been able to access my backyard due to the lock code changing. This conversation happened one day ago (Sept 21st). Our lock code changed in May! I went to my ring cameras and service had not been completed since September. Unfortunately, this was as far back as my ring camera allows me to see. Unfortunately, I can only prove that the service I was being billed for was not completed for 8 weeks. This probably went on for much longer. They claim to have sent me an email on Sept 19th (which at this point I don't even care to go find), but never picked up the phone to try to contact me or fix the issue. When I called to ask them to fix the issue, they tried to charge me for extra chemicals and the extra service to rebalance the pool. Charge me more for a service I had been billed for but had not been complete?!?! They said it was my fault for not informing them of the code. Yet, it was okay for them to keep showing up to a locked code week after week without picking up the phone to call me or text me. They said they had to pay their techs for each visit and that's why they would not grant me any service without additional payment. I also paid for filter cleaning service that the manager said had not been completed due to lack of access... again, there was no phone call for them to try to resolve the issue. Had I not reached out, they would have kept charging and just showing up to a locked gate. This is an awful business practice! They lose a customer over fixing a small issue. I would not recommend this service to out of state owners, STR owners or anyone who is not at the property daily to confirm service completion.

Despite the fact it was after hours (evening before the party), Rod actually spent 20 minutes with me via FaceTime to diagnose the problem, assist me with repairing a valve and priming a pump. He provided me with specific instructions and he was able to get everything working again all via FaceTime. HE DIDNT CHARGE ME ANYTHING! He was sympathetic to my time critical situation, and he genuinely wanted to be helpful. He would not accept any money despite my insistence. You just don't see this type of authentic integrity anymore. Excellent work ethic, extremely knowledgeable, quick response, and he didn't feel right charging me simply because he wasn't there in person. The FaceTime instruction was extremely educational and his thorough step-by-step guidance was spot on. He was very patient with me. Other companies said it would be $475 just to come out and take a look. This is the only company I will use for all my future pool service needs. Hard to find people like Rod these days. Thank you!!!

Two other customers said Use Randolph Pools! You won't be sorry!…read more And they were so right. We all know this Valley is saturated with pool service companies. But once I talked with and met Randolph Pools and Spa Service owners, Josh and wife Veronique, I couldn't agree more. First they returned my call on a Saturday evening while on a family holiday and that in itself was a huge impression. I found their dedication, knowledge, and honesty to be like no other. They're a hands on team of enthusiasm and utmost interest to take care of any facet of pool problems like it's their own while being very competitive in their pricing. They drained, cleaned and chlorine power washed our ugly algae filled pool and made it look new again. Made sure chemicals were balanced in the new water, even fixed a couple of things gratis. As well, they both are just the nicest people you'll ever meet and I'll for sure be another customer saying Use Randolph Pools, you won't be sorry!

I sent the email below to Blue Iguana last week to give them the chance to make things right…read more Unfortunately my email was ignored so here it is. ---------- I'm definitely not one of your largest clients but I've been using your services every year whenever I leave town or when my pool needs repair. Here are my issues with your services this year. 1) I returned to a green pool and the only explanation I got was "the technician noticed that it was already green when he got there". I'm assuming that meant the last time he got there because it definitely wasn't green when I left town. I was a bit taken aback as I thought that part of your service included returning the pool to a clear status (even if that meant I would pay extra for the chemicals). 2) The plumbing work that your technician did was leaking (and still is leaking) when I got back (one of the pipe couplers is leaking). 3) The O ring he replaced for the leaf trap was too big and caused an air leak (I had to replace that). 4) I received an email on June 27 stating that my pool had been serviced when I know it wasn't the case because I was home that day. I was not charged for that day but it may have been because I sent you an email immediately after I received the notification of service. All-in-all, I paid almost $300 for the botched repair and the poor maintenance. I'll let you decide what the right thing to do is but I will not be using your services going forward. Sincerely,
