Here are my issues with your services this year. 1) I returned to a green pool and the only explanation I got was "the technician noticed that it was already green when he got there". I'm assuming that meant the last time he got there because it definitely wasn't green when I left town. I was a bit taken aback as I thought that part of your service included returning the pool to a clear status (even if that meant I would pay extra for the chemicals). 2) The plumbing work that your technician did was leaking (and still is leaking) when I got back (one of the pipe couplers is leaking). 3) The O ring he replaced for the leaf trap was too big and caused an air leak (I had to replace that). 4) I received an email on June 27 stating that my pool had been serviced when I know it wasn't the case because I was home that day. I was not charged for that day but it may have been because I sent you an email immediately after I received the notification of service. All-in-all, I paid almost $300 for the botched repair and the poor maintenance. I'll let you decide what the right thing to do is but I will not be using your services going forward. Sincerely,

WARNING -- Upselling Over Troubleshooting, and Ongoing Negligence…read more After months of frustration, I'm sharing this so others can make an informed decision before hiring this company. The core issue: my saltwater system wasn't producing chlorine. Rather than properly diagnosing the problem, the team repeatedly added stabilized chlorine -- driving my cyanuric acid level above 100 ppm, which now requires a partial drain to correct. When I pushed for answers, they dismissed a simple fix and instead recommended a full system replacement and conversion to Pentair for over $2,800. I replaced the salt cell myself for $400. The system worked perfectly within minutes. A basic 15-minute diagnostic would have identified a worn-out cell. Instead, I was steered toward an unnecessary $2,800 replacement. During this same period, algae developed, my pool crawler was left offline despite my requests to address it, and no one flagged that the system had stopped producing chlorine entirely. I had to catch every failure point myself -- which is exactly what I was paying them to prevent. Eight months later, it got worse. We discovered their technician had put DE (diatomaceous earth) into our filter -- a filter that is not compatible with DE. This caused damage that we are now paying to have cleared and repaired. This was not a series of honest mistakes. This was a pattern of negligence, misdiagnosis, and upselling at the customer's expense. I'm left with chemical imbalance, algae damage, an incompatible chemical added to my equipment, and repair costs that should never have existed. Choose your pool service provider carefully.
