Customer Service... My family and I visited the T Mobile…read morestore on Route 211 in Middletown NY, due to issues concerning our account. We were advised by a representative on the T Mobile call service to visit the actual store. Fast forward, we met the manager Jennifer C who was not only very pleasant and welcoming, but extremely professional, courtesy, understanding, attentive, and friendly. She handled our issue with ease, while explaining all of the details concerning the transactions taking place. She even explain in detail the breakdown of our account and call the call service in order to rectify the issues. While she was on hold, she conversed with us, which made us feel as though our time at the office was worth while and without stress. Jennifer C is an awesome example of a manager and leads by example. Thank you Jennifer. The other employees on duty, that day... were also extremely professional, polite and friendly. Although the air conditioner wasn't working for them, that day... which made it humid inside of the store, they all seemed to be smiling. Jennifer C solved our issues and continues to work on one last issue, and I am thankful. Once again, my deepest appreciation for Jennifer C. Awesome Customer Service skills.

Dang the hate for spectrum & this location is insane. If like me you have no idea where it's at,…read moreit's next to Bath & Body though at night the signage does not illuminate. I had an appointment and I was in and out in like 7 mins tops!! No clue how anyone else ended up waiting more than 30 mins never mind upwards of two hours. Staff are superb, maybe if customers don't act like dicks the staff might actually have some empathy & hook you up with a special you may not have known about. The hate for spectrum service is insane too. I've had it for several years and my service needed attention when I first got it but it's been on point for several years without issue. Only reason I was even in the store was because I called about an outage and was NICE about it and rep had empathy and pointed out I could get better services for the same price I was already paying. So I had to swap out my equipment. Pro tip: If you have 800 devices connected to WiFi, you're going to have issues because it "shares" that bandwidth. The solve for that is get your own WiFi router & set the Quality of Service (QoS) settings to keep your 800 devices in check or get a tech person to set that up for you. Spectrum is providing the service and it's not their fault you have 800 WiFi enabled devices. It's like buying a car that holds 4 passenger and you cram 8pp in it then complain you're only getting 8 miles per gallon. Stop the madness!

Our modem must have imploded as our internet went out on Monday night. After failed…read moretroubleshooting, we called tech support. The agent did a quick troubleshoot with us as well and offered to send a field technician out to us. The technician came the same day, diagnosed and fixed the issue. We got a new modem and we're up and running in no time. The tech also saw areas to make changes to help our equipment and did so. Great experience and maximum effort on their end!
