He even gave us the still half full gallon of paint he used on the doors in case we have to touch up anything. Matt is easy going and a pleasure to work with. He's a 5/5 in our book.

Pedro from PR Electric came promptly for his appointment, wore a mask (at a time of high Covid cases) and carefully put on foot covers before walking through my house. I was very impressed with his professionalism. PRs estimate was by far the best value of the three estimates I got. PR offered to install 3 outdoor condensers and 7 indoor HVAC units. The other two companies only offered to install 4 indoor HVAC units. In hindsight, that would not have been enough units to keep the house warm. And PR's estimate was the lowest monetarily, for the most heating! Pedro's team started work on a Saturday and finished on Wednesday. They were very competent, hardworking and courteous. Ever since the work was completed, my house has been SO WARM - better than it has ever been. I was really worried about spending so much money but it was a great investment and will pay for itself in a couple of years through reduced energy costs.

He and his team work very quickly, and having an in-house HVAC specialist and electrician (Naheim's areas of expertise) was a particularly nice aspect of working with him. But what really sets SGNM apart is the transparency in communication and sincere ability and willingness to engage with the problem-solving element of renovation. If you've dealt with a renovation before, you'll understand how important this is. We had some unexpected issues and setbacks which he and his team handled without an issue. We also had to deal with a particularly involved and detail-oriented buildings department, which he was able to handle easily, and we passed each inspection with no problem. On top of this, he also provided the best quote out of any of the other outfits we vetted during this process. We never felt upsold on extra work or surprised by any of the prices during project completion. Months later there have been no issues with any of his work. I give Naheim and SGNM my highest recommendation for general contracting, electric, and HVAC work.

I recommend that he doesn't take a job he can't complete and also don't replace hundreds of dollars of parts that weren't fault.
