Called again a few days later and got a woman on the phone - seemed very nice but a little confused. I live less than 2 min from this location and she had NO idea of points of reference I have her; not street names, firehouse locations, schools, nothing. I was calling to see if someone could come out to take a look at an electric outlet outside by my pool. I thought it was weird when she asked for my credit card # by phone - I told her I would give it to them when they came tomorrow. She asked again and I clarified, "you need my credit card number before you even send someone out to take a look?". Her response, "since you are not one of our customers, yes" Unfortunately I won't end up being one of their customers (and I mean that sincerely) as I am not giving my credit card number over the phone to anyone, let alone someone I haven't even hired to do the job yet. If this is a standard practice it is very questionable at best. If it is a miscommunication then the staff they have working the phones is doing them a great disservice- either way, just sounds like a problem waiting to happen.

We have had several issues with Our electric over the past few years. This past November when the weather got cold we discovered we now had no heat. We called Patriot and explained that we were in a bad situation and had no heat what so ever. We never expected anyone to come out that night , but Joe, one of the owners, came out within 2 hours. Joe did a full home inspection and then sat with us to address all of the issues and options. After we discussed all options, we decided to have Patriot overhaul our entire electrical system which included the circuit breaker box, all electrical outlets and switches , lighting and base board heaters. They even put in a smart wall heater in our bedroom with humidifier as electric heat is very dry. Also our stove was not working and Joe took the time to order us a new stove and set up a delivery time with the store so that they could be here when it arrived to hook it up. Joe and Neil are great owners and great electricians, and they runs their company with the utmost respect for customers needs and desires. I felt as if the value of the job done far exceeds the price of the job itself. I would recommend these guys to anybody in the area in need of a quality, reliable and affordable electrician. Right after I had Wyatt from T Webber snake out 2 clogs in my house. We went around & checked out…read moremy 70 year old septic tank. The tank & drainage was a nightmare or practically nonexistent . We heard water flowing into the tank which is not a good sign . Wyatt suggested I have him and Alvin come and take a look and inspect the tank further in a couple of days . Much to my surprise, I got a call the very next day. The very next day I had a call from T Webber stating that Alvin and Wyatt were on route to my house. The next day after he cleared the clog out for me in my house . Alvin and Wyatt showed up . Did an inspection, answered every question I could possibly have. By the end of that conversation, we had called Tiffany up on the phone, and got a prorate at a good price with good APR, and the loan was approved . Alvin, wyatt, and Tiff made my day an took so much weight off my mind. Alvin explained everything down to a science Wyatt went over everything with me and reassured me and Tiffany found the best rate possible for me and was reassuring as the loan came in to verify every detail of the job that would be taking place. A weight was lifted . I was worried about so many different things . These guys at T Webber were an amazing group of people, that reassured me, and helped me to realize that every problem has a solution, and made every solution possible where I didn't have to worry about a thing . They answered every question in triplicate lol. As many times as I'd ask, they were courteous and I enjoyed the time they spent in my home going over the description of the job details that would take place . These guys are some of the best people you will ever want to meet .
