I live in a colonial, so the second floor gets hot, if we don't run the AC it is so uncomfortable we don't get a great nights sleep, and my wife and our brand new puppy keep me up. When I called the office, I received a professional greeting from Liz and was transferred to the service manager Scott. It was like I had been a customer for many years, but this was my first call to Royal Class service. From the time I got onto the phone to the time the tech arrived was no longer than 3 to 4 hours. Ryan was thorough, professional, organized, clean and even wore booties in the house. He stayed until the problem was fixed and gave me a follow up call that evening. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a frustrating time with a Family and a puppy who just needs to-be COOLED off. Thank you again for all you did and I'll see you on the next service which is scheduled. Congrats to the entire team for doing the right thing and giving me faith in local contractors. This was, I believe, intentionally misleading and is a complete scam. The membership provides you with exactly nothing of value, as it turns out. Service guy shows up and had the audacity to say that our membership got us a discount on the boiler service for a grand total of $595, which is CRIMINAL! They claim the normal price is $700 - for an hour and a half work and maybe a filter. The previous year, with no membership, we paid the same company $350 for the exact same service. The year before, we had a membership and the service was included. They of course never bothered to tell us the membership no longer included it, nor that their price had doubled until after they were done. I am really upset and sincerely disgusted. We were completely taken advantage of and I hope you read my words and don't let them do the same to you. Please shop around and don't let these guys rob you of your hard-earned money like we did.

Don't bother dealing with him. The pricing is absolutely insane. They charged me 5700 for a job that took less than two hours and maybe 100 worth of materials. Legitimately- it should've been half of that. My sewer line detached from the clean out line. Twebber will come immediately. So my recommendation is call a few other companies in an emergency first. If they can get to you quickly you will save a ton of money. If none of them can come quickly, Twebber will but you're gonna get RAKED.

So he followed their wiring, fixed it in the thermostat and instantly my coolant was entering the pipes. He could have charged me for a new machine or labor to fix the valve which would have cost the same but he was not only honest but worked hard to find me a solution that saved me 1300 dollars.
