This was a 2 day project using the 1st day to remove the old system and seal ducts and day 2 to install and test the new system. They arrived on time with all the necessary parts and equipment to handle any potential problems. During the duct sealing process, it was determined that the existing duct structure had the equivalent of a 25.8 square hole. After sealing, this was reduced to the equivalent of a 2.3 square inch hole. IMPRESSIVE ! The new system was installed per plan and has been running well for over a month which includes one or two 90 degree days. It is so quiet that one can hardly hear it. The 3 man team were very personable, neat, efficient and explained things clearly as work progressed. If you need a CAC system, call Besson 1st before anyone else

It was like I had been a customer for many years, but this was my first call to Royal Class service. From the time I got onto the phone to the time the tech arrived was no longer than 3 to 4 hours. Ryan was thorough, professional, organized, clean and even wore booties in the house. He stayed until the problem was fixed and gave me a follow up call that evening. I couldn't have asked for a better experience during a frustrating time with a Family and a puppy who just needs to-be COOLED off. This was, I believe, intentionally misleading and is a complete scam. The membership provides you with exactly nothing of value, as it turns out. Service guy shows up and had the audacity to say that our membership got us a discount on the boiler service for a grand total of $595, which is CRIMINAL! They claim the normal price is $700 - for an hour and a half work and maybe a filter. The previous year, with no membership, we paid the same company $350 for the exact same service. The year before, we had a membership and the service was included. They of course never bothered to tell us the membership no longer included it, nor that their price had doubled until after they were done. I am really upset and sincerely disgusted. We were completely taken advantage of and I hope you read my words and don't let them do the same to you. Please shop around and don't let these guys rob you of your hard-earned money like we did.
