We scheduled an appointment to work on the project (multiple small tasks being addressed in one project). The day of the appointment comes. There's an issue with the family car, no problem we reschedule things happen. Next appointment, tech is telling me their first project is running over. I was supposed to be his second project of the day. Day goes and he's keeping me posted but then it's late afternoon and I haven't heard for hours. At last they confirm they can't make it. Again, being understanding I advise that if we reschedule we just need to be sure they can make it. We Ask if he's confident to make it on the next agreed date.
