My mother hired them to come to her home to conduct mold testing through out the house. When Eradicator arrived they crossed paths with the mold specialist my mothers home owners insurance had sent. (the insurance's mold specialist was leaving as he was enter) The eradicator technician seemed very annoyed and irritated by this, he rushed through a visual inspection of the areas of concern in the house, had poor attitude and only kept asking what the insurance mold specialist said without assessing the space for himself. The eradicator tech was in the house for no more than 5 minutes. I asked him what else would be needed, as I myself had not made the appointment it was my mother who was at work so I was standing in for the appointment. He told me he would write up a quote and would be emailing it to my mother, he verified her contact information with me and left, but not before collected his $150 for the "mold inspection" which he repeatedly reminded me about the entire five minutes he was in the home. When I called my mother and informed her of the situation she told me that she had made a contract for them to come and do testing through out the house, which they did not. My mother called Eradicator to complain and they informed her that I had refused to allow them to do any testing, which was an out right LIE!!!!!!

On the interview, Jim DeGennaro was informative, knowledgeable, and so very kind. I am anxious about having work in my home and he made me feel so at ease. He worked with me to plan how to minimize the perceived disruption. The proposal was reasonable, and he wrote it quickly. Jim and his crew, Felix and Alex, arrived on time, and were so great to work with. They brought everything needed...scrubbers, lots of drop cloths and plastic to protect my home, etc. They worked so professionally, quickly, neatly, and quietly, and were thorough. I expect to pass the retest with flying colors. They had to cut a chunk of concrete out of the wall, and a few hours after they left, they even called to suggest ways to rebuild that part of the closet that they'd investigated on my behalf after they left. I recommend them unconditionally. As an added bonus, these are truly nice people.

Let me start off by saying we had to arrange repairs from another state (we have a rental property…read morein NJ but we now live in TX). This proves to be hard but Dogwood made the process flawless, smooth and easy. Our garage drywall was damaged from a leak in the roof. Needless to say, we had mold on the ceiling and on the walls along with damaged drywall. I first reached out to another company I found on Yelp but they ghosted me after our initial call. Dogwood was on point, returned all of my calls and was right on time for each promised appointment. Ralph came by to look at the garage and then provided me a quote almost instantly (and at a very fair price). We made plans for a repair for the following weekend and as promised, he showed up on time. The repair was scheduled to occur over the course of two days with the second day being a Sunday- I was super impressed that Ralph came out on both weekend days to get the job done. As a bonus, we had some issues with our railing that led to the basement and some holes in the drywall that needed patching. Ralph also fixed those for us on the spot. I've had my share of crappy contractors in the past but this company is staying in my phonebook. I would confidently recommend him and his business to my friends and family.
