I requested an 11:00 appointment with him and walked right in with no wait time as I've experienced in another Verizon location. Dylan sat with me and patiently and with great knowledge fully answered all of my questions. I left confident that I would have no issues with my new phone and that I had gotten the best program for my needs. Was having a hard time seeing someone inside the the store at the Orange Plaza site called This store talked to Mike he said come right over, I did,I wasn't even sure what I was going to do but he sat with me went over my options and with no pressure...when I got my phone he made sure everything was transferred over and I was happy! My cell phone broke so i went to Verizon in Middletown on Dolson Ave. and hooked up with Rollin who made the whole process of purchasing a new phone pleasant and flawless he was very knowledgeable and personable. Went to this store twice in a week and they were zero help both times. The first trip was to purchase a new iphone for my 70 year old mom. I had seen a deal on the Verizon website for the Iphone 6s. The salesman told me that phone was not available, but tried to up sell me to an Iphone 8 that they had in stock in the store. I told him I knew that Verizon had it for sale on their website and would go order it there. I went home, went to Verizon.com, found the item immediately and added it to cart. When the phone came in, we brought it back to this same store, (the original salesman told us we would need to bring it there to activate) and the new salesman asked if this was a new line or an upgrade. When told we thought it was an upgrade, he told us there was nothing he could do. We had to call to activate over the phone. I then asked him about moving data from the old phone to the new and he said they would do it for $35, and I knew we've had it done as part of the process of getting a new phone many times for free. Mom ended up leaving there and taking the phone to the official Verizon store across town. A super friendly and helpful sales associate there activated the phone and moved the data from the old phone to the new. He did this without charge and was more than happy to do it. The sales people at the "Verizon Authorized Retailer" should be forced to watch how they do it at a real Verizon store. read more

Albert was great but he wasn't in the day I picked up my phone. It was easy and thankfully most of my data had been saved because my old phone had just died and could not be turned on. Unfortunately the Iphone SE 2020 comes with a charger that requires you to buy another device to use! I wasn't informed about that but I do have another charger that works. That is not a good move by Verizon! read more

Full service, courteous and knowledgeable staff, I purchased a new iPhone, and my new phone was all set before I left the store.

My local Verizon store would not be getting any sim cards for nearly a month so I came by this Verizon dealer on Dolson Avenue. My past experience with Verizon stores have been miserable. Usually trapped in the store for well over an hour and if you have a small child, it makes the experience doubly difficult. I couldn't have been happier with this store. The reps were wonderful. One occupied and played with my daughter as the other rep went to work. They were able to take care of my issue quickly. There was no charge for the service either. I really couldn't have been happier with the experience! read more

Had a bit of an ordeal with a returned phone line and cancellation at the Dolson Ave branch location in Middletown, NY, but was very satisfied with the help I received from the regional director, Luke, and a manager, Jay; a resolution was quickly reached with his help, and the level of professionalism and thoughtfulness on their parts exceeded expectations. In the end it worked out okay, hence an "ok" rating. read more

This place is horrible - we took a look at some phones a couple of years ago and didn't really see anything we liked and wasn't sure about coverage service in our area. The sales rep convinced my elderly dad to try the phone and if it didn't work in our area, we could return it. My trusting father took them up on the offer. When we realized we couldn't get coverage in our area, we went back to the store 3 days later to return the phone. The manager said we can't return phones. Unbelievable. It was a lot of talking to many people and moving up the chain, but it was finally resolved - with a lot of time waster and pain explaining our story like we're some kind of criminals and have to explain ourselves. Never again - stay away from this trap. read more
