They must have a new corporate customer service policy!…read more Actually, it's the "old-fashioned" the customer's always right policy and that poor customer service can ruin the Store's reputation; based on how they handle the customer and pay attention to them. Stop standing around in little cliques talking to each other and ignoring the customer completely. I went in with a question for the Geek Squad regarding the phone, and how and why certain apps work or don't work. The Geek Squad representative was very helpful. I went looking for something for someone else, check out was relatively painless and quick. When I got home, it wasn't quite what they were looking for. I called the store with a question regarding the return; I ended up getting corporate. Spoke to Victor, he said there should be no problem. Whenever I've heard that! There's always been a problem later on. This time he was right. The charge on the card was seen that day. Let's see if they can keep up the good work or are they going to end up like Circuit City?! Electronics, they also have household appliances and kitchen appliances.

As we were completing sale an older guy stepped in and started bombarding us on saving money and giving information, I said I do not want a credit card, and he said, "Oh, no. This is just a store card that you can save money with," I said ok...and asked I do not see the discount on laptop? He then says "Oh, you will save later like on things like Starbucks Etc??? MY FRIENDS RECEIPT SAID, CITI VISA $4000.00 in credit!!! Do I get a lawyer for fraud?

Verizon sent us to this store for a replacement 5G modem (ours was old and stopped working) and…read morewhen my wife arrived 25 minutes after they supposedly opened, the door was locked but someone was clearly in there. She went back an hour or so later to pick up the modem and got an attitude. They fumbled around in the back for a long time, copped an attitude because my wife was upset, then gave us a modem that couldn't be activated! Customer service and employee attitude sucks!! Whomever Jamaal C is (name on the invoice) either has no idea what he was doing or purposely gave us a modem that was not able to be activated on our account...unsure....don't really care at this point. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE!

I am here to share a frustrating customer service experience with the store manager named Richard…read moreat Russell Cellular. I tried to return an iPhone X phone case that I purchased a week earlier. We upgraded our phone from the X to the 11 so the case no longer fit. We brought the case back to with the receipt and the original packaging within the required 14 days. Richard noticed a tiny scratch on the case and accused me of returning a damaged case. I advised him that it was only on the phone for an hour, never left the house and was not aware of the scratch on the case. I suggested that maybe it was damaged already when I purchased it. Richard would hear nothing of it, saying that we must have scratched it, and they can't accept it because it is not able to be resold. In the end they ended up taking it back and refunding me after he escalated this to his district manager. What Richard should have done from the outset was to simply say that it looks like there was a scratch on the case and he would need approval from his boss. Instead he dealt with me, his customer in an accusatory manner, ensuring that I will never set foot in that store again. Clearly Richard does not understand the bigger picture about how to run a business and be customer focused. He lost a customer for life all over a $30 phone case.
