Verizon installed new TV and Wi-Fi equipment on Saturday. I was in the Galleria anyway, so I stopped in to see Sales Rep Greg Lynch with a few questions. Once again, his customer service is par excellence. He printed out a channel guide for me and showed where I can get information about the account on my own. I was already a Verizon phone user so making the switch seemed to make sense. Especially after years of lack of service with another company that is out there, the only thing they did for me was raise the prices and have me do the troubleshooting on the TV whenever it didn't work properly. read more

We swung by on a whim to take a look at some options, with no real purchases or upgrades in mind. We were greeted right away by Kyle. We started by explaining that one of us wanted to reduce the lines on our wireless account - and he proceeded to spend the next 2 hours helping us troubleshoot with Verizon corporate to get us the best possible discounts for the account. Kyle never pressured us to purchase or upgrade anything, but presented us a lot of great options and broke down the price and service differences for us. We ended up upgrading one line because of the deal he found for it. He also helped check and link our Fios account to get us even more discounts. We felt like Kyle was very upfront and honest with us. He really went to bat for us when dealing with corporate. Based on the service we received, we are definitely planning to come back when we're ready to get new devices. read more

I didn't even want to bother to come in. I was just dealing with AT&T for a couple hours only to have them glitch and lock me to my ex and an old account at an old address. Wanted to CRY. But Bae wanted to go into Verizon "just to look...", and I just wanted to be DONE. FINE!!! FINE. Fiiiiiiiine. We went in. Right away, there an employee we will call "Mariah" (cause that's her actual name) and someone else who is an employee who's allegedly named Michael.... Couldn't get a copy of his drivers license to confirm for that one though.. Needless to say they took one look at us and thought.... "Probably not lost..." which is true, we were adults in the Poughkeepsie Galleria. So we explained the crap show we had at AT&T. Omg I loved AT&T for years and this place across from the galleria was the worst. So after we all had a good laugh we started talking about what they had going on in shop... it was apparent the last day of "The Red Hot Deal Day!" Sale. It was a buy more save more. Which cool... but my guard is up because I'm sooooo used to incompetent people and incompetent pushy sales people... they were so cool, friendly... guard even more tightly wound and up. Because that's how they GET you. Can ANYONE tell me why and HOW they happen to have the exact devices me and my husband wanted.... AT&T store and employees had SQUAT and was going to have to order everything before they screwed up royally and had the account tripped and locked. Not only did they have what we wanted device wise... it was WITH the storage we were looking for?! Like down to exact. And what the actual heeeeck, Mariah was showing me what the add-ons look like. The bundling which came to six add ons for like 30usd. Ok.... Stop digging, you struck oil. I had my number for 15 years. My husband had his for 25 years... like we were committed to our numbers. And she was more than willing to transfer numbers. We decided this was the place to have a fresh start. We got on board and started to back up our old phones on the new phones. That is where Michael comes in. While Mariah was helping us with the work for the phones, we ran into the same issue as AT&T. But and this is a big ol butt here, they didn't get locked out, Michael was helping. They both got on the call to correct it. And omgggg I thought I was going to have to argue with customer service... (ugh please God no, my day has already been crap.) These two went to bat for us. The assertive professionalism on these two was off the freaking charts! It was like they were my own personal weighted blanket. Anxiety took a nap, they demanded to speak to supervisors and support that could help and honestly.... Thank God, cause I was tapped out. They took over. They solved the problem that made us want to leave AT&T (from across the street, no actual hate to the company) in the first place. I tried to ask them if they would be my personal bodyguards.... No. They are committed to Verizon... ugh they won again... no joke, while they were kicking butt (professionally) on the phone... they figured out that I needed a new apple profile. The team work and camaraderie in this place was definitely new. I see people all the flipping time half arse their jobs and just not want to be there. These people rocked. When we got our tablet and iPad (had to order those) the whole system was down. They went to bat for us again!!! The system glitched and customer service almost didn't/couldn't honor the sale, or even add them on to my new account. I could almost hear her brain lose it. She was not having it. She made it happen. Honestly I was both impressed and surprised because when I tell you I've seen people become limp fish, I mean it... again Mariah if you ever consider being my bodyguard.... Ya know? I'm just saying.... Now do I trust these people? Am I trusting Verizon? Not trying to be dramatic... I'd let them borrow my car if needed. Seriously considering making Mariah my power of attorney.... Michael too cause he was just as boss and helping when we had a phone issue. They are going in my will... Would I recommend this store for shopping experience to anyone? I was thinking about hosting car ride shares and field trips here. Just sayin. read more

Great company to deal with! The representative I interacted with was named Mike and he couldn't have been more professional and knowledgeable. Help me get exactly what I needed without trying to talk me into a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Showed me that I could end up getting a brand new iPhone, wireless charger and screen protector and ended up saving almost $10 a month from my old bill!! Great experience. Stay away from this place and all cellular sales !!!!! My fiancé and I have been through so much in recent months with Verizon and cellular sales. Cellular sales being the problem, we are looking to speak with a regional director or higher! (Hope this works) The management that we have spoken to, have given us no resort whatsoever but to seek higher administration for this mater. They have accused me of trying to steal phones that I have purchased from them when I called to complain that my bill was larger than their sales consultant had promised, we were swindled into keeping the new phones by the manager and sales consultant telling us to wait until our next bill to arrive. We were promised they would fix our bill but instead, they have given us attitudes and accusations of us trying to steal the new phones that they gave us and will not return. We have been in contact with them for over a month and when we finally got into contact with the "managers manager" Michael Mobilia. (Jesse lapolla sales consultant, manager I spoke with multiple times promising to solve this was Anthony Duvone) before I spoke with Michael we had spoken to a customer service rep over the phone, she offered two different solutions and requested only one of them which was immediately Denied. We then got in touch with Michael who right off the bat, in the beginning of the call after I said who I was, immediately says " oh yes, I am the one that denied your claim no way" and tell us he believes his employees that we were trying to "get phones for free" no, we wanted to give the phones back and receive our old phones. All this without looking at our Verizon records and cellular sales calls from the last month and a half trying to figure out why the sales consultant showed us a monthly price, telling us if we got the phones and traded in our old phones we would save on our bill and it will lower the monthly payments. Instead of lowering the bill it skyrocketed up from 155$ to 220$. I'm very appalled with the cellular sales customer service and the experience that we have went through. Not a single nice person in that chain. And not a single person came true to their word. The first manager (Anthony duvone) promised if the sales consultant (Jesse lappolla ) couldn't figure it out that he would take care of it. Then switched off that promise suddenly then starting accusing us of lying and being thieves( him and Michael Mobilia both) we would not waste our time on this if we were in the wrong. Now cellular sales is in the wrong and are trying to disregard and disrespect us and we will not tolerate such disrespectful behavior from administrators or managers whatever they are. read more

The worse experience. The associate had no clue that an iPhone with a low battery needed to be plugged in to transfer data from one phone to another. It sent the phone into a boot lock and I had to take home and make the transfer, and they still charged me $35 at the store and I paid $35 to Verizon. It was a disaster from start to finish. I will go direct to Verizon next time. These dealers are useless. read more

I never take time out of my day to leave negative reviews but I'm completely appalled by the lack of customer service this store and cellular sales as a whole lacks.I was quoted a new monthly price in store for upgrading my phones and promised my bill would lower. Then only to find out I was lied to and my bill more than doubled.The reps all seem to have no time to help and tell me I'm trying to "swindle" them when I was the one lied to by their employee in the first place.Go anywhere else to deal with Verizon but cellular sales.I was even told by Verizon themselves that cellular sales makes them look bad all the time.Unwilling to undo their mistake and instead try to blame me.Buyer beware,sad to say. read more

I went to Verizon in the Poughkeepsie Galleria Mall. I met Michael Williams he greeted me at the door, which I thought was very polite. I had an issue with my phone, Michael fixed it and provided A+ service. He then told me about a home phone service for $20.00 a month for unlimited calls. It was a great deal! He even activated it for me. I am very please with the service and the professionalism, that Michael provided for me. Michael also introduced me the the manager of the store James, He also was a very nice gentleman. I would definitely recommend this store and Michael Williams to assist you with any needs that you may have. read more

Beware!!!!! I went in to this location to trade in my phone for the value of the phone. I asked the representative name Jeff to give me a receipt for my trade. He brushed me off telling me that he would email it to me. Well never give in a device without getting the info in your hand. I didn't find out till I got home that I'm getting a credit of $12.50 per month for the next 24 months. I contacted the BBB in regards to this. The Executive Office Latoyo called me back this evening to tell me that there is nothing that they can do about this. Never do business with these Morons ! And always get the documents in your hand. Not only do they get to sell my phone to someone else. They get to spoon feed me my money back without me enjoying it!!!! read more
