I was emptying out my garage and needed to quickly get rid of the contents. The dumpster was delivered an hour later!! They went well above and beyond. The driver even helped us load the dumpster. However, when the original start date came and went, I never received any communication letting me know that her flight had been delayed or providing an updated timeline. I had to reach out myself for answers. I understand that the handbook states deposits are non-refundable, and I respect that policy. My issue is not with the deposit policy--it's with the lack of communication. As a business owner entrusted with caring for children, it's important to keep parents informed, especially when changes affect their child's start date. Good communication builds trust, and unfortunately that was missing in my experience. I hope this feedback encourages better communication with future families.
