I was positive that his 9 year-old well-used computer was on its last legs, but Michael asked me to give him a chance to find out what was wrong. He has, once again, saved us from having to buy a new computer. Michael is both patient and kind, taking the time to explain exactly what the problem was and giving us advice to prevent problems in the future. I would never, could never go to anyone else.

Needless to say, I was in a severe panic mode. I found Michael on Yelp and based on the reviews, decided to take my laptop to him. In my mind, I was prepared to have to buy a new one even though this was only 1.25 years old. Michael said there were programs running in the background and that was the problem. He did a tune up and I had it back before he closed. If I could give more stars, I would!

Went in and told dan the owner what trouble i was having. He said sure he can take care of it. 4 days later he still had not looked at it and now said laptop won't power on. He said he took everything apart and checked it out. HE LIED. I took the laptop back and took the laptop apart myself. Thermal paste and everything i had upgraded was not touched. When returning laptop to me he told me he had it all apart and would reassemble in about 20 minutes. Well 1 minute later he gave everything back to me. This is how i know he did jack shit As far as people giving him 5 star reviews i wouldn't be surprised that the names were made up and they posted themselves If he had done right by me i would have given him some more business. However since doing nothing and lying to my face i have warned these people to stay away!

"in a few minutes" Since I came by appointment with the store empty when I arrived except for the owner (and former repair person) and the new repair person who I just wanted to help me with configuring, my Apple, iPhone and laptop (@$100/hr cash only which I was happy to pay) I found this needlessly obnoxious. They have entirely changed their customer, friendly business model from a few years ago. Their right so to do. My right to go elsewhere and publicize why.
