He told me he didn't have tubes but could give me a little of his own that he uses for repairs. While at the shop, I also needed clips for a processor fan, and he gave me them as well. He didn't even charge me. He ended it with an old-fashioned handshake. In my opinion, this was great business on his part. I'll now be a customer for any computer needs because this proves to me he'd be fair with his prices. Rather than buy another new one, I figured I'd try getting this one repaired. I called Mcvey Electronics twice around lunchtime, got an answering machine both times, and didn't leave a message. He took the initiative to call me back anyway, seeing that I had called, to see if he could help me with anything. Try getting Walmart or another big business to call you back. That shows quality, personable service. I spoke with the gentleman regarding the problem with my TV and explained that there was an impact strike beneath the LED screen. He was honest and up front, explaining that I could buy a new TV for around the same price it'd cost to repair this one. He could've attempted to repair it and charged me hundreds of dollars, but instead he chose to give me honest advice - and probably cost himself a repair job in the meantime. I am an electronics and radio enthusiast. I'll use Mcvey Electronics for any repair work that I ever need done, simply because his response time was fast and because he had the integrity to save me from a costly repair.
