Better than Verizon (which friends constantly complain about) and better than AT&T another service provider that gets hacked often, IMHO. I had decided on this brand service provider carrier since they're affiliated with Deutsche Telekom in Europe. Thus, great connections whenever traveling. So, you'll need to negotiate with a bot through their T-Life app whenever you need to open, close or change an account -- not to mention service or billing issues. I've had T-Mobile for two years and have been very pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of their customer service staff. If they go full AI, I'm gone as I will not arm wrestle with a virtual being whose only conflict resolution skills will be found in a series of static, non-nuanced menus. I'm sure they've already run the numbers and have concluded if ten to twenty percent of their customer base takes a hike, their profits will still be just fine. In any case, I won't be sticking around to find out. One sorry star.
