EVERY YEAR Cablevision raises rate - in out case at least it was far above the inflation rate. - Not Good. You have to spend hours on phone with their "disconnect" team to try to get prices in line... instead of paying more for ongoing less service. - Not Good. Although we only had rare outages after the beginning, when another carrier offered support in out area, we jumped over to them. 1.5Hr on the phone with Cablevision JUST TO DISCONNECT, listening to HANG ON TO YOU offers and you MUST HOLD ON TO COMPLETE disconnect. - Not Good. I rate them one star - not for the technology, but for the company and it's aggressive billing and other tactics to squeeze every last cent.

She did seem upset that i talked to corporate about their low stock, and it could be my luck, but especially if one wants a particular phone, it can be really frustrating if a local store don't have what one has in mind. Plus not to mention everytime i go, it seems that they always have a low stock on phones. Anyways, she also did apologize for my prior visit the day prior where i tried to return my phone and had to wait, however stated that each person needs their turn. Which i understand, however again, it's just a simple return. Also feedback: she told me that i will only get refunded for the phone and not the screen protector or case. While i accept Metro's policy, this is foolish in a sense because i don't have the same cell phone, and unless i can use the case and the screen protector on my current phone, it is kind of odd to not be able to get a refund for that. However, i got a refund for the phone and that's all that matters.Easy refund process. For anyone else, to return one has 14 days from the date of purchase to return the phone, you must have the credit/debit card that you used to purchase the phone with handy with you. Refunds will post from 3-5 business days (which i wasn't told, not that i didn't find out) i have my current phone where the sim card is in it from metro, so i am still using its service. May consider another location if i ever need a new phone.
