Each time Riz never hesitated to help me in any way possible. He is honest, kind and very professional. I had another iPhone that was damaged by water and he even revived that one. I was glad because I'm not very tech savvy and I had very important historical information on the phone that I was afraid of losing. I'm also happy the service isn't too pricy. Riz is a lifesaver :)

And once again, it was an easy, experience because they "know their stuff". They made me pre pay $500 for a service then they showed up and were afraid to drive down my driveway with half an inch of snow , so instead of rescheduling, they decide to not do the service and keep my deposit. Keep in mind they never called me to explain anything or tried to reschedule and the owner Chris and his receptionist Gabriela instead were rude and disrespectful over the phone. There are a lot of glass companies out there that will give you a better service and not steal your money. I've contacted Better business bureau and Attorney General on this matter , they can't simply get away with this practice.
