Which i understand, however again, it's just a simple return. Also feedback: she told me that i will only get refunded for the phone and not the screen protector or case. While i accept Metro's policy, this is foolish in a sense because i don't have the same cell phone, and unless i can use the case and the screen protector on my current phone, it is kind of odd to not be able to get a refund for that. However, i got a refund for the phone and that's all that matters.Easy refund process. For anyone else, to return one has 14 days from the date of purchase to return the phone, you must have the credit/debit card that you used to purchase the phone with handy with you. Refunds will post from 3-5 business days (which i wasn't told, not that i didn't find out) i have my current phone where the sim card is in it from metro, so i am still using its service. May consider another location if i ever need a new phone.
