Alfredo is the Jedi Master of electronics!! The man knows his shit period!…read more I've always been weary of third-party repair spots, why? I have no freaking clue and no valid reason not to use a repair center like this place. Maybe I'm conditioned to take my products only to apple and let them suck every last dollar out of my bank account for repairs. Bravo to apple for making me think only they can fix my products but I'm no longer fooled by that marketing tactic. Thankfully I decided to trust that someone has the ability to repair my apple products other than apple. I took my iPhone XS Max in for some major repairs; front, back and battery. Alfredo was up front about costs and turnaround times. I was explained my options and dangers of trying to save a quick buck in the long run. I trusted the Jedi Masters recommendations and my trust was not ill placed. My phone was masterfully repaired and warranties explained clearly. I'm super grateful to have come across this business and will most certainly call again if I need any electronic repairs. I didn't realize they even do video game consoles so next time I get freaking controller drift I'll call to see if they can fix that type of annoyance that seems to plague new gen console controllers. THANK YOU for making mobile (electronic) repairs less stressful!

They were super fast and I was in and out in only 20 minutes. Phone worked just like new after the repair and was super pleased! She did seem upset that i talked to corporate about their low stock, and it could be my luck, but especially if one wants a particular phone, it can be really frustrating if a local store don't have what one has in mind. Plus not to mention everytime i go, it seems that they always have a low stock on phones. Anyways, she also did apologize for my prior visit the day prior where i tried to return my phone and had to wait, however stated that each person needs their turn. Which i understand, however again, it's just a simple return. Also feedback: she told me that i will only get refunded for the phone and not the screen protector or case. While i accept Metro's policy, this is foolish in a sense because i don't have the same cell phone, and unless i can use the case and the screen protector on my current phone, it is kind of odd to not be able to get a refund for that. However, i got a refund for the phone and that's all that matters.Easy refund process. For anyone else, to return one has 14 days from the date of purchase to return the phone, you must have the credit/debit card that you used to purchase the phone with handy with you. Refunds will post from 3-5 business days (which i wasn't told, not that i didn't find out) i have my current phone where the sim card is in it from metro, so i am still using its service. May consider another location if i ever need a new phone.

I was so fortunate to get Kim (the owner) on the phone and she was amazing. Not only was she very pleasant to speak with but she was also very knowledgeable, down to earth and honest. They were completely done by around 1pm and called us to let us know we can come to pick up the car. We arrived and the car was out front and ready to go, the person who did the installation came out and showed my husband how the starter works and answered any questions he had.
