The younger female that works there was so so sooo helpful + knowledgeable! She kindly answered all of my millions of questions and helped me chose the best plants for the lighting I have. She gave me great tips on how to keep my plants in the best condition possible. She also created this amazing succulent glass dome that I got to give as a gift. Thank you for you help! I have been trying to reach a District Manager or someone to take care of the complaints I have. No returned phone calls to remedy the situation. The dish soap definetly wasn't forumulated properly! Smells awful and leaves a terrible scent on dishes. They are not standing behind their products. One girl in Louisiana (Cat) was kind enough to respond but need to speak to a District Manager. This was in Florida not NY!

The staff is diverse and are up to date with all the new products which I appreciate. I really enjoy going to this location . We chose something we thought would look good as they grow into maturity keeping in mind that the beds will probably look their best a couple of years from today. We also chose a couple of lower to the ground perennials that will provide some contrasting color. They have plenty to choose from and we couldn't help but gaze at the Japanese Maples that reminded us of our former home. All in all, they have a large variety of HEALTHY plants, shrubs, trees, etc. Our go to spot for plants for our home!
