Sauce was not sweet, rather good tomatoey richness. Couple this with a large dining room/bar area, friendly staff, TouchTunes, and Ohio lottery. Left my Dad in the hospital tonight and taking my Mom home. Stopped in for a "quick" dinner. We arrived at 6:35. It took an hour plus for our food to be served. When I asked the server about any consideration on the bill for the very long time it took, I was brushed off and told "that is just the way the ticket came up in the kitchen". The server was not all that attentive the whole night. I will say the food was fine once we got it but I think I am done spending my money here. It is not very good when you cannot admit it was poor service and try to make it right. I have never really liked all the smoking at the door, they might as well smoke inside. There's 2 bars inside, lights turned all the way up and the sound, was a basketball game, turned all the way up. 2nd bartender, Ethan, was personable, polite and knew what he was doing. Surround sound was turned down - I could finally hear him talking to us, lights turned down and the food...The meal was delicious. As far as fried food.. if you're gonna do , be the best at it!! Special appreciation for the onion rings that seemed to be hand battered. Buffalo chicken sandwich was good, would have liked a Buffalo sauce with more heat. Unfortunately I had to wait very long after the requests for napkins, my bill, and my money for my kino winnings. Each delay was caused because the bartender continued to talk with fellow employees. Well first of all, the bartender didn't know what a stout or a porter is. Why was she bartending? Ended up just asking for a Guinness, which turned out to be the worst Guinness I've ever had in my life. My favorite beer and I didn't even finish it. The presentation on the food was awful also. Tasted ok I guess. My second beer was a Christmas ale that supposedly was good with cinnamon around the rim of the glass. She brought it to me and it looked and tasted disgusting lol. The bartender had to be drunk or high because she couldn't remember anything. We were two of maybe six people sitting at the bar and she couldn't remember which one of us got the fish sandwich and who got the wings. Didn't think much of it until later when she asked us if we needed anything and we said no. She came back literally 30 seconds later asking again, saying she couldn't remember what we said lol. My wife and I have been coming here every Monday night for several months. We enjoy the $7.99 pizza deal on mondays... and the loaded fries ! The pizza has gone from the best in town to Tony's frozen in the matter of weeks. The crust has changed, it taste like it is frozen, burns on the bottom but is still dough in the middle. The last pepperoni we got, had maybe 8 on the entire pizza. We asked our waitress, GiGi about it (who is awesome by the way) and she said we weren't the only ones that noticed the difference... she ended up having it taken off our bill, which was appreciated but would rather pay full price for the old score pizza. She has been super busy both times I've been here, yet still makes sure we are taken care of no matter how busy she may be. Second time in and ordered the loaded fries (again) with my burger the fries did NOT disappoint I think im hooked to the cheesy, bacon loaded and hot sauce covered goodies. My service, Renee, was on point. Very attentive to all the guest. Everyone had a full drink at all times. I arrived late night after my long work shift and enjoyed a cold cider. Amazing family friendly restaurant and bar. They have two bars which is even better. Everywhere you turn there is a TV. Huge selection of draft beer.
