We had a delivery order tonight from this restaurant, delivered by Uber Eats. My husband and I both ordered sandwiches, which came with fries. We also ordered Onion Rings. Both sandwiches were hot, but the fries and onion rings were actually cold. I really couldn't blame the driver for maybe taking too much time, since the sandwiches were hot, but the fries and onion rings were actually cold. That's the fault of the restaurant! First time visiting this BW3s as we are new to the area. In hindsight, wishing we would have looked up their reviews. Clearly not a great Buffalo Wild Wings. We got to the bar and ordered our food almost immediately. Approximately 55 min later our food came out and was absolutely disgusting (and trust me, we are the most accommodating people having worked in the industry for over 10 years). Cold, old, hard, half sauced and very disappointing. It clearly had been sitting in the window for a VERY VERY long time. So long, that the bartender noticed how bad the food was when it came out and was friendly enough to offer to comp the meal right off the bat. This clearly shows their acceptance of how horrible their food and quality is. We accepted the comp and boxed the items up to just take home. If I could give zero stars, I would. We were quoted a one hour wait for food on a Friday night at 7:15pm. More than two hours later, we are getting our food boxed up to go because we can't stay to eat it. When I tried a few bites at the restaurant, it was bad. When I got home to eat it less than ten minutes later, it was garbage. Why are we so focused on online orders that the entire restaurant goes down and nothing is going out fresh? Absolutely pathetic. It wasn't our servers fault, but because he was so distracted with the kitchen and the waiting for food, the service also suffered. No manager in sight. This location just can't get their pickup orders right. I've given them multiple chances to prove me wrong n it's so bad every time. I'm finally done giving them chances. I ordered 10 traditional wings and a large order of wedges. I never check my food when I pickup. I feel as if it's a test in some type of way. I arrive home and I only received 8 wings which were overcooked and cold. The wedges were the bottom of the frier basket. Some decent ones but a ton of tiny burnt pieces. I called and they said "sorry, did you want to come back for the 2 wings"? I said no I just wanted you guys to know. i ordered pickup instead of delivery by mistake and called them five minutes later about the mistake. they refuse to help correct the issue so i asked to cancel the order and was told it would take seven days for the refund. twice before when they gave me the wrong order i have had to go to corporate to get my refund because it never came. i think they expect you to forget about. all they had to do was either have my order delivered or refunded my money and i would have reordered for delivery. now i will order something somewhere else. i should have learned not to order at the Delaware store after previous issues of receiving the wrong items, missing items, and no refunds. read more

Every time I order wings you can tell they've been sitting for god knows how long; they're cold after about 5 minutes, if they aren't already once you get them, and never tossed properly. I wish I could give less stars to be honest. I used the love this place. We waited 23 minutes for our drinks after ordering. Then another 42 minutes for our food. In all it took 3 hours to eat 12 wings and 3 beers. My wings were way overcooked and tough and my friends wings were cold. And on top of it all it was $84 and some change for 2 of us. We went after the OSU football game- it was quite empty. There was one group of teenage girls at a table by the door. a booth and small table of people at the very back of the restaurant and that was it- all empty booths and tables between the two. The host took us all the way back and seated us directly behind the group at the back of the place.we thought that was weird , kind of like choosing to sit directly behind the only other two people in a theater- but okay. The games were up full blast on the television- so much so the waitress couldn't hear me. Because there were so few people I asked if she could possibly turn it down. She told us they keep it that way during game days- I get it when the place is packed but? She took our order and didn't hear my son trying to get her attention to change his sauce. Our food came out one or two things at a time. My sandwich was good, but our French fries were room temperature, dry, and hard. My husband said his wings were like chicken leather and my son and his girlfriend brought theirs home- they weren't great. Driving home my husband realized they had put a preservative in with the sauce on his wings or the ketchup at the table. He has had trouble before with their ranch dressing. Restaurants always deny using the preservative, but friends in the business say many do use it to prolong the life of things like lettuce and dips. As I sat down to type this I saw the location's rating and whole heartedly agree. New management, friendlier staff, attention to the quality of food sent out, and avoidance of using additives would be our suggestion. read more

My family moved in back in like 2009 and we've been coming ever since, and sadly the prices continue to climb up and up (they have long since gone past our budget,) and quality continues to go down and down. (I'd love to go back and give her a tip when I can afford it.) However, I got home (I live four minutes away by car,) and discover that instead of the waxy tubs they used to use, they put my order into a cardboardbox that had sweated and become soggy in the plastic bag. Ew?? Then I realized that my food had hardly any effing sauce on it, I was basically eating dry ass chicken nuggets! On top of that, the box was smashed, so when I got home after the four minute drive, my food was cold! What the hell? And I paid $35 for this? I could genuinely make something better with what's in the freezer section at the Kroger across the parking lot in less time and money. If I wanted chicken nuggets that I didn't have to cook, I would have gone to McDonald's. They're cheaper and faster. Oh and another thing? They are hiring, but don't bother applying. I was at the Delaware location last night and was informed of two policies I had never heard of before, and have been to BWW's hundreds of times over the years. The first, they have a strict policy, that they will only serve you 3 beers in a one hour period, and we're talking about Miller Lite, not some high octane IPA. The second, apparently they have a fresh and hot rule where they have to bring a dinner when it's ready, even though the other meals at your table are not ready. This causes a 10-15 lag, so you either eat your food warm, while others wait, or wait and eat your food cold. Who would not be annoyed with this? Neither of these policies seem to be customer friendly, and I will be avoiding the Delaware location from now on. Curios if others have experienced this? read more

We walked into Buffalo Wild Wings, then were seated at a booth adjacent to the only other customers in the entire restaurant. Cozy, yes, but certainly not comfortable. Odd. Too noisy to even talk across the table. When we asked the server if the tv volume could be lowered, she replied that it is always kept that loud on "game days." So, that was a definite no, even factoring in that there was only one other table occupied in the restaurant. This noise continued our entire time there, thirty decibels louder than necessary. Three out of our party of four ordered traditional wings and fries. My wings resembled chicken jerky in texture and taste. My fries were cold and hard. My wife's cold fries obviously came from the same batch, though she did like her sandwich. I never inquired if our friends were similarly disappointed with their wings, not wanting to further spoil their time. I ordered takeout online on Saturday night for pickup at 5:20 pm. the order wasn't ready until after 5:40 pm. This was happening to several people that night as we were all waiting together. When I looked at the order, I was missing a side of fries for one of the meals, and the kids meal was completely incorrect, as well as missing a drink. I informed the staff who apologized and corrected the order, for an additional wait; however, there was no attempt at any sort of refund or discount. I did verify that I had placed the order correctly and the restaurant had incorrectly filled the order. Lately Bdubs has been very backed up and it has had lots of orders but they have done everything they need to. They started taking more safety procedures ect. I don't eat inside too often maybe once a year or so they have a decent beer selection. And the wings are always good which is what I always get. It is nice that they sell their wing sauce so you can make your own wings at home if you choose I always buy three or four different bottles. Their carry out that they have is another plus if you're busy and don't have time to sit and just want to do a pick up. I was actually sad that it was so pack full of people while we were there. You'd be MUCH better off going to Roosters where their chicken is actually full size and not dry and gross. We ordered from the shareable and sides part of the menu Husband got a order of the potato wedges with Chesse and side of Southwest Ranch with them and I order the chip trio which included tortilla chips and three dips salsa, queso and guacamole with a desert heat seanoning kick.....The food was very enjoyable!!!
