On moving day, Rob and his crew were great. They even took a few heavy/bulky items we weren't keeping and moved them by the dumpster for us. I have very high standards when it comes to handling a move, and they exceeded every expectation. I don't usually leave reviews, but they were so exceptional that I had to share our experience. From start to finish, communication was excellent, pricing was competitive, and the entire team was friendly, professional, and incredibly careful with our belongings. We actually used them twice. The first time was to help move items into a POD when we listed our home for sale. Fernando was so great to work with that we hired them again for our full cross-country move from California to New York once our home sold. What really stood out was how different they were from other moving companies -- our belongings were never combined with another shipment, they carefully packed and protected our large fragile items, and everything was wrapped and handled with incredible care. They made the cross-country move feel effortless, and our belongings arrived the day after we flew in. The entire process was seamless. Joel's team are truly moving rockstars, and we can't thank them enough. Selling a home and relocating across the country is stressful, but they made their part of the process completely stress-free for us. My husband and I are beyond impressed with their work and highly recommend them. We will absolutely use them again for any future moves or even if we just need an extra set of hands. Notably, I found out they also will haul away items too - we never thought to ask them about those services but would have used them for that as we had some large items we paid another company to haul away the day before our full move, but could've just had them handle that too. Save yourself the hassle of shopping around for any moving needs -- just call Jaye and Joel!

The coordinator/administrative staff and movers are all very polite and pleasant to talk to and I…read moredo very much appreciate their hard work. But I must say there is a concerning lack of professionalism in both communication regarding the logistics and handling of the furniture. They did not wrap/pad most of the furniture, did not disassemble the dining table until we asked, and during drop-off there did not seem to be much careful organization or consideration of which furniture to move in first. For example, they moved the TV in before the TV unit and thus had to put the TV on the floor in a way that could have damaged the TV screen when they later moved the TV unit into the room. On top of this we were never informed of the fact that if the move exceeds 10 minutes into the next hour we would be charged for the full hour. The original quote did not include all the fees that were later disclosed when we paid the full balance. When I expressed my concerns regarding their failure to communicate these fees beforehand, I was not given a sincere apology. Overall, the movers seem like very nice people and I sincerely appreciate their hard work, especially considering that one of the furniture (a rocking chair) was quite sizable and required some maneuvering to fit through the door and limited space at the drop-off location. However, I personally would not be using their service again and hope they can improve their workflow for other future customers.

Honestly, a friend shared their business contact with me, I texted NMS and got a flat rate quote with no insurance and appointment date and time -- it felt like it was too good to be true and I was a bit skeptical...but after seeing how they work, bubble wrapped all of my big furniture, placed on industrial dollies, handled everything with care up and down a flight of stairs of both units, ASKED if I wanted my huge couch assembled, AND even used a leaf blower to clean up the entire front yard of my apartment and my neighbor's... INSANE. And Jimmy and Jon even shared that they do two moves a day...every day, for 48 states.... Madness! I don't think I could ever hire anyone else for the quality of work, reasonable working price, care and swift work....HIGHLY recommend.

I got one skilled mover and one that seems to have trouble figuring out how to move a dolly up and down a truck ramp. The communication with the phone coordinator was great for scheduling the week of. You have to make a deposit online, cash discount. My movers charged me correctly for the time, but it could've probably been done in an hour less with more efficient movers. Problem with the industry in itself is that movers are paid by the hour instead of the job itself. I do recommend this company, but these aren't the best movers I've used.

We had everything packed and ready, so it was pretty much pick up and go, which helped make the move smooth. They handled all of our items carefully and made sure everything was placed properly at the destination, especially taking care not to damage the wood floors. They moved everything from our 3-bedroom home in about 7 hours. We didn't have a huge amount of furniture, but they were still very organized and efficient. They also carefully moved our plants and placed them in the backyard. Chino led the team, and he was excellent--professional, knowledgeable, and exactly what we needed.
