I was told I would have a 4 person crew, but I ended up with a 5 person crew with no extra charge. The day of the move, Vince called 30 minutes ahead of the team's arrival and adjusted his arrival time by 15 minutes to accommodate my schedule. Vince and his crew (Emerson, Chance, Mario and D) were excellent. They were professional, on time, courteous and took great care with our furniture and belongings. After this conversation, I felt confident that they would be able to handle my job. So I hired them. Also, I felt the hourly price for three movers was reasonable. Based on the amount of work they did and how long the job took, the final bill was big...but worth it. The day of my move, three guys came and careful wrapped, protected, and moved my furniture and boxes into their truck. They had everything including packing tape, plastic wrap, blankets, large cardboard bins and hand trucks. The difficult part was moving everything into the new place that had three levels and two narrow staircases. Jeremiah and the other two guys were amazing at getting everything in its place. They maintained a positive attitude, had good energy, and worked hard for several hours on a very hot day. I really appreciated how conscientious they were about trying not to damage anything. Jeremiah also did a nice job of reassembling and reattaching everything from bed frames to the refrigerator doors to a china cabinet. I would hire them again and would certainly recommend them. Thanks Faithful Movers for helping make my move less stressful.

From start to finish, the experience exceeded my expectations. The two movers Slava and Dima (Dimitri) who handled my studio move were true professionals. They worked quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality or care. They went above and beyond by wrapping and protecting items I hadn't even thought to protect, making sure everything arrived safely without a scratch. They partially disassembled my twin bed, transported it, and reassembled it flawlessly at my new place. Every item, no matter how big or small, was handled with incredible care and attention to detail. I also have to commend them on their ability to move all my things up two flights of stairs since the elevator at my complex was broken! They made what is usually a stressful experience feel smooth and effortless. On top of the excellent service, their pricing was very fair and well worth the cost. It's rare to find a team that's fast, careful, and affordable, but they checked every box. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, professional movers. When I raised concerns about the two-hour delay, he essentially made it clear that I should bear the consequences of their scheduling conflicts with another job. Their other commitments were not my responsibility, yet I was the one left dealing with the fallout. After the delays, painfully slow service, and unprofessional attitude, they still asked for a tip.
