I had already packed about 99% of my stuff, so they mainly needed to wrap furniture and box a few larger items I didn't have boxes for. They worked fast but were extremely careful. They loaded the entire truck in about 3.5 hours, which was impressive considering I was moving from a house to a house and had a lot of furniture. The unloading in Las Vegas was even more impressive. They finished in about 2 hours, including putting two beds back together. One of them was a heavy Sleep Number bed with the base, and I honestly don't know how they managed to get it down the stairs in California and back up the stairs in my new house without a scratch. No damage to anything. Rob was the lead on the crew and did a great job communicating the whole time, asking where things should go and making sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. The whole team was friendly, respectful, and easy to work with. The price was also very fair for the distance, especially compared to other quotes I got. The move took about 2 hours longer than expected for a 2 bedroom house so that's why I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5. They were working but not as quickly as I would've liked. 3 guys can be awkward because there's always one standing and waiting while the other two are lifting--I think they could have had a better system with 3 to make it faster. One of the movers repeatedly pressured me for more money, invented extra fees, and even brought a child to help him move heavy furniture -- completely unsafe and unacceptable. He disappeared mid-move for over an hour, spoke down to me, and left his pants at my apartment (which he came back for late at night -- terrifying).
