After reading some of these negative reviews, I don't know why this business and hard working men would have anything less than 5 stars, as my first time experience with hiring movers by having them move my entire apt from Costa Mesa to Irvine on a Sunday at 8AM (and they were on time, ready to go!) and completed in 2.5 hours for a flat rate!! Honestly, a friend shared their business contact with me, I texted NMS and got a flat rate quote with no insurance and appointment date and time -- it felt like it was too good to be true and I was a bit skeptical...but after seeing how they work, bubble wrapped all of my big furniture, placed on industrial dollies, handled everything with care up and down a flight of stairs of both units, ASKED if I wanted my huge couch assembled, AND even used a leaf blower to clean up the entire front yard of my apartment and my neighbor's... INSANE. And Jimmy and Jon even shared that they do two moves a day...every day, for 48 states.... Madness! I don't think I could ever hire anyone else for the quality of work, reasonable working price, care and swift work....HIGHLY recommend. read more

Nam Moving helped us to relocate our 10k square feet warehouse in only one day. Providing a very organized and professional service. They are on time and get everything done so smoothly. Very appreciated their jobs. Highly recommended. read more

They moved us once 6 years ago and they moved us again 2 weeks ago. Great company and great people. Everyone was nice and respectful. Price was fair and they were punctual. I could not ask for more. read more

Jimmy and his time are absolutely phenomenal. They were transparent through the entire process from the first day I contacted them. Extremely fair pricing. Jimmy and his team met me at the CAT scale for an empty weigh and loaded weigh as well for no charge. The best part of the experience besides them being just good people was their care for you items. Then really care about not damaging items or houses. Jimmy even had a team member named John use his personal Tundra to help move a few large items. Thanks to NAM and their guys who really busted their ass on our move!!!! Greatly appreciated. If you are moving soon, just stop now and book NAM. Truly grateful for them and my recent move as it went as smooth as possible. read more

I found him on Yelp and decided to have him moved my stuff. He came on time with his team and carefully wrapped and packed my tv, washer dryer, fridge, etc... all the big heavy stuff. Great team, good communication, handle with care, on time and pleasant to work with. Definitely will be a repeat customer. His team got the job done and more. Helped me with some other stuff as well even though he wasn't hired to do it. Kudos to him and his team so I gave them some extra which was much deserved. read more

Nam and his crews were great. I was glad that he helped me to move. He and his crew were careful with all my stuffs. He cares and makes sure all my stuffs are safe. I will definitely refer him to all my friends and relatives in the future. read more

Called to check availability to move a mattress and they were able to come within an hour. Quick and efficient and they also provide wrapping. Great service and will use them for any future move. read more

Nam Moving are great movers. They are a small business, family owned, brothers and uncles who have been in the moving business for quite some time and they themselves will be your movers on moving day. They have been very helpful, wrapping up all your belongings, carefully loading and strapping and securing them onto the truck, and unloading items to where you want in your new home. They will also disassemble and reassemble your furniture and appliances if possible. Pricing is fair and at least for us, only cash. read more

I have moved so many times, and it's always excruciatingly stressful, but this company was such a pleasant surprise. The movers were so professional. They were super nice and honest. I will never use anyone but Nam moving . They were awesome. Thank you Jimmy and Kato. read more

Their team are good hard workers overall and their packing team is also quite efficient and friendly. They are a family business. Since this is not hourly rated project, you want to make sure they are agreed with their estimation fully and you want them on paper as they started asking for more once their estimation is a bit off. After the work done and when I asked the manager for the invoice, he just not responded and acting very unprofessionally. As said,I would be careful to deal with them. read more

Nam and his team has been amazing for their moving services. They take super good care of everything and anytime I need to move/haul things long distance I call them up! read more

Nam Moving was great and professional! The quote was also an amazing price compared to all of the rest! They quote is an estimate based on how many items you have and is adjusted if you have more. They sent me texts to confirm and to remind the day before. Everything went smoothly and within 4-5 hours essentially moved from a 3 to 2 bedroom. My go-to moving company now and would definitely reach out to them again next time!! :) read more

I recently moved 2b2b from Irvine to Irvine and were working with Nam's moving "again"! As a return customer, I still would like to recommend an amazing service. Last year it was jimmy's team and for this year was John's team who is jimmy's brother. I am really satisfied with John's service. John came to my apartment a few weeks before the moving date and gave us the price quote. We love the quote comparing to other moving companies. They (3movers) came to my place on time actually 10min earlier on moving day. They are super duper fast and professional. Highly recommend! It's worth it read more

They showed up on time and everything seemed to go ok except for the fact that they scratched my headboard really bad and put a dent in the front of my refrigerator! Rather disappointed...and now my furniture is jacked up! read more

These guys saved the day for me. I had used them once before for a move and they were great. I recently moved again and chose another moving company because of the 5-star yelp review, which I quickly regretted. The other company (Qshark) used less experienced movers and they had concerns about moving a statue I had from China. I told them about the statue when scheduling the move and they said no problem. Then when it came to moving it they bailed on me. This added unnecessary stress to my move. I quickly called Nam moving and they put us at ease. They came out within a day and finished my move. I really can't recommend them highly enough. You won't regret choosing them. read more

Nam Moving has been one of the best moving companies I've had so far. They are friendly and are always on time. They are willing to let me throw in a few more items on top of the said cost without charging me extra. I can always count on them. read more

These guys are a gem of a find! Worth every dollar. I prefer to pay a flat rate vs an hourly rate. These guys came (4people) and they secured, blanketed everything and hauled me to my new home. They quickly, safely...efficiently finished in half the time they anticipated. Days after, they even texted/called to see how things went. When they found out i had more stuff, they came without extra charge to load me back up. What would have taken me three trips only took one cuz of them. Thank you so much for all your help. read more

I needed to move ASAP and Nam Moving was quick and responsive. They were able to send two guys to help me move the day after I called! John and Hien were friendly and worked super quick and efficiently. They moved all my furniture to my new place in less than 2 hours!!! Super reasonable prices and great service. I'll definitely call Nam Moving again if I ever need a moving service! read more

We didn't know what we were getting, but I'm glad I hired Nam Moving. They were really great. I highly recommend them.

Super proud of this Vietnamese moving team! Best flat rate pricing, experienced, punctual and hardworking. My mom recommended them for our move and Nam Moving really delivered. Jimmy and his team have an awesome working system, wrapped and moved all my furnitures and boxes to the new house, and reassembled and placed them anywhere I needed. They are nice and diligent. With their awesome work ethics and efficiency, I'm very positive this company will be very successful. I will use them again and recommend them to all my peeps! read more

We had the pleasure to work with John and his team for our recent move. Everything went smoothly and his hard working team was very professional. They wrapped up everything nicely and packed it in their huge truck. They also unwrapped and set up where we wanted. Also, the price was reasonable. It was easy to schedule and get a quote. We would definitely use this company again for our next move! Thank you for a great experience! read more

We used Nam Moving for a move today in San Clemente and these guys are awesome! They worked so hard and did a great job, they were less than half the price we were quoted by two other movers and they were amazing. Super organized, efficient, professional, friendly and clean. They were even fixing chair legs that had been long been loose/broken and offered to repair a table leg my dog chewed. Nice, honest guys. I highly recommend them and would hire them again in a minute. read more

They don't keep their promise to call you back. And they don't show up to the appointment. Do not use them.

Wonderful service! Very professional, fast and on point. No time wasting, they got to the location and went full force! They wrapped everything very well and moved them with professional gear. Their attention to detail and care were top-notch. I am very happy with the service from the beginning to the end. Highly recommended!!! read more

I have used Nam Moving in the past, about 5 times before. They seem to just get better and better each time I've used their moving service. I hired Nam Moving again for our recent move. I booked a moving appointment with them one month ahead since summer is a busy moving season. Their customer service was excellent. Clear & honest answers to our questions. Reasonable rates (better than any of the other 5 quotes that we acquired, by hundreds of dollars). Nam Moving is communicative. I texted them a few days ahead of our appointment to confirm. Then they texted us a day before to confirm our appointment again and also, 30 mins before their arrival. They were very efficient, quick, and organized. They were very careful with our stuff, even picked up tiny magnets that fell off our board. Great attention to detail. They moved and dropped off all of our things within 2 hours (maybe less). They were really fast. We couldn't have done our move without them. Payment was easy. They accept cash, Venmo, or Zelle. Thank you for being so awesome, Nam Moving! read more

Nam moving helped us with our move within OC. They were extremely professional and carefully wrapped each piece of furniture before loading it onto their truck. The staff were extremely nice and had no complaints even when we asked them to help move some items that were in our garage. Our new house had stairs to enter, but the staff was able to carry all the furniture and boxes up into the house and carefully put all the furniture back together and connected washer/dryer. They had very reasonable and fair pricing. I am very pleased with my overall experience with Jimmy, John and the whole Nam moving team. Highly recommended! read more

Nam Moving has helped our family move from Norcal to Socal, from securely loading to moving to unloading, all in one day! They are not only friendly but also a very honest, punctual, hardworking, efficient, and professional team of movers. Their price is reasonable and their service amazing - We will always choose to do business with Nam Moving and highly recommend Nam Moving for your next move! 10/10 read more

Horrible Service! We wanted it on top of the red stand and they didn't even try to put up the stand. And, they left the wooden pallet there as well. Sloppy work. Just kept making excuses and not listening what the client wanted. One of the guy was saying well, this is what the boss says. He is the one who pays us. I'm like we're the client? Aren't we the ones paying him to pay you? I knew the client wouldn't be happy, and one of them said that was my problem. What kind of customer service is that? And, the other guy was recording our backyard without even asking for permission first. It's just no manners. read more

Needed to move house and saw their good reviews on Yelp, so I took a chance. So glad I did, not only they were competitive with the quote but they were also efficient, on time, and had good communication skills. They had all the professional moving tools and they were not shy about using their supplies when it comes to protecting my furniture from scratches. I won't hesitate to refer them to my friends and family for moving needs. read more

We've used their services twice now and they've always been incredibly helpful and on time. They handled all of our belongings with great care and the move both times have always been seamless. Highly recommended. read more

The worst ever! They all whined about where to put my furniture, banged my furniture, banged the walls and ripped the ring camera off the exterior wall. Completely careless! Even threw the things in the garage and made an absolute mess. Then up charged me. Very BAD! read more

Great group of guys. Very professional and they took extra care of our valuables. They were super efficient and the communication prior to our move was also on point. It was a pleasure working with Nam Moving. Easy to get in touch and schedule my moving date. Nam Moving was able to fit me in on the date I needed with some shuffling around on their part. Hung and his guys did an awesome job!! They were on time, very friendly and professional. I'm still surprised how they made everything fit in the storage pod for us. Amazing job!! Would definitely recommend and use them again. read more

They're fast, affordable, and accommodating. The only thing I would suggest to all people seeking Nams moving is to be prepared and box stuff up in advance to make their lives easier. I made that mistake and these poor guys had to bag things up from the bookcase for me, which shouldn't be their job for how much they charge me. A lot of people who are moving is because of rent costs, so it's nice to know that they're not charging an arm and a leg. thanks guys! read more

I wished i knew about these guys before! My previous moves i always rent a U Haul truck and entire day with a buddy. I called Nam Moving and i couldn't believe the price. I was extremely skeptical because it's much much lower price compare to another Vietnamese moving that appears on the first page of Yelp as well. Anyways, an hour before the scheduled time i texted Jimmy to confirm and they showed up right on time. I did have have a little more than what we agreed on so I made sure they were compensated correctly for their work. Make sure you tip them well. The only thing make sure they wrap all the furnitures well. My IKEA wardrobe suffered slight damage along the edge but it's expected with cheap furnitures. Overall, I highly recommend them read more
