I was impressed how they knew exactly how to dismantle and reassemble our bed frame and even showed us how our bed frame was not originally installed correctly and he installed it the correct way for us. My wife and I sold our house of 24 years in Mission Viejo CA in order to move to South Carolina in December 2022. Chau Moving was instrumental in packing 4 Packrat Pods for the cross-country move. Their expertise in wrapping and protecting our valuables (art works, glass items, etc.) was very evident as they continued to pack the pods with our stuff. We have used Chau Moving for other moves (office, relatives, etc.) and they've always been great...and very reliable. Fast forward to South Carolina a year later: We had great movers empty the pods at our new residence and had them comment numerous times how everything was packed well and protected by Chau Moving. In other words they were complimenting Chau Moving on their pack job. The only thing that got broken was when I dropped and broke a vase (duh). I ordered Chau Moving after contacting several moving companies and really liked the fact that they came over and saw what had to be moved and gave a very good price.
