One of our drinks was made wrong, and when we finally got her attention, she seemed annoyed she needed to come to our table and actually walked away while we were still talking, which felt really dismissive. What makes it more frustrating is that there's an automatic 18% gratuity even for small tables. I ended up having to tipping $22 total, and for only seeing her a handful of times, it definitely didn't feel deserved. To top it off, when I mentioned to the head bartender (who was acting as the manager) that I wouldn't be coming back, he pulled $40 cash out of his own wallet and offered it to me to "give them another chance." It honestly made me feel so uncomfortable and was not an appropriate way to handle the situation. The food was fine, but the service and overall experience were not. For the prices and the built-in tip, I expected much better. I will not be returning.

The quantity would be a little for some, but it was enough for me since it had alcohol and that kept the prices more reasonable. I had the Pan seared Atlantic salmon, and this was on a bed of rice with a nice sauce and topped with broccoli rabe. The salmon was cooked to perfection the way I like it, and was so delicious. One of the best salmon entrees I have had in a long time. I do wish Streetlight restaurant was closer to New York City because I would love to have the salmon again, it was that good!
