Five of us had lunch here yesterday, on a Saturday afternoon. None of us had been here before. They have a large parking lot which was great! We don't realize after walking in the side door that that entrance is really more for the private rooms. You can eventually make it to the bar and then the restaurant but it's easier to use the front door. The restaurant is currently fully decorated in a Harry Potter theme. You can still order from the regular menu although they did have a few themed dishes on a separate menu. I enjoyed an espresso martini and a Caesar salad, both of which were very good! Our waitress was sweet and offered to clear the table before taking a picture of us that we requested. If you or your children are really into whatever theme they have it decorated for (I think they do other ones) you'd really enjoy it!

My friend recommended this spot because I wanted cheesesteak egg rolls and she said there was a place close to her home that we could order from. We ordered take out - I ordered cheesesteak egg rolls and a side House salad; both were edible, nothing remarkable although I did like their Sriracha ketchup. The egg rolls didn't have much flavor to me and were a little chewy for my liking. The salad was fresh. The young ladies that I interacted with to place my order were helpful and pleasant and the food was made ready very quickly, which was nice. The price wasn't bad either. Again, my order was takeout but the vibe that I gathered while waiting for my food is that this seems like a warm, neighborhood spot. Probably a good place to watch sporting events and gather for an informal meal.

The waiter is fantastic and knows the foods served here well. Tremendous ambiance of casual, laid-back, good times. We started with lamb chops and tossed garden salad. Second course was Lobster and Crab Rolls. Third course consisted of blue corn tacos: spicy chicken, spare ribs, decadent shrimp! We could have been satisfied at any course but needed to try dessert and The Ridley House got a home run with the Peanut Butter Chocolate Cake! Date night extraordinaire! Thank you.

We had a fabulous time having a post-Christmas, pre-NYE family dinner at Ridley House. The holiday decor and vibe lived up to and exceeded the hype, and the service and food was fantastic. My daughter loved her food, and we will be back for sure! My chicken parmesan over linguine was a perfect recommendation.

Ridley House has some pretty good food! But I wanted to get something out of the way first. The service downright sucked. The restaurant was half empty with so many vacant tables, but they made us wait a half hour to get seated? It took quite a long time before we got a waitress and our food too. But at least the food was pretty good! Everything came out fresh and cooked perfectly. I think my favorite dish was the steak. It was a pretty tender steak that went well with the eggs. There were a bunch of TVs in the bar area playing some college football. You can see a TV from anywhere in the bar. So it does seem like a good place to hangout when trying to catch a game. I can't wholeheartedly recommend the place though. Maybe the service was just having an "off day", but based on that visit, you should plan to have lots of time to spare. But you'll probably enjoy the meal in the end.

The Ridley House does a great job with their social media, so after seeing their festive Halloween decorations, we decided to go for dinner on a Wednesday night. Both the dining room and bar were decorated although we chose to sit at a table in the bar area since there were Harry Potter candles hanging from the ceiling along with a lot of other spooky decor. Although we were seated and greeted right away, our server was somewhat surly and seemed unhappy to be there. Also, even though the bar wasn't busy, it took some time for our drinks to get made, one of which was a Green Goblin drink for Halloween. Overall, the food was good. Mini loaves of herby bread were hot out of the oven and came with an herb butter. I had the pecan crusted mahi mahi. The lobster cream sauce and pecan crust really added flavor to the fish which was delicious along with the smashed fingerling potatoes and grilled zucchini. My only concern was it seemed a little too rich and buttery. Since Wednesdays are burger night, my husband had the lamb burger with tzatziki which was something different. We'll probably try it again during the holidays once they change their decorations.

Even my dog wondered what this was. Sad.

Customer service was great. Dessert was good. Drink was great! Food is garbage. I got the beef short ribs. It tasted like cardboard. I sent it back and chef stated that it's supposed to taste like that and did not do anything about it. Other than the food, everything was fine. But seriously, that short rib is garbage. I brought it home and gave it to my dog. Even my dog looked at it and was like what the hell is that??

Parking is smaller but easy. The brussel sprouts were the absolute best thing we had during our visit. The roast pork egg roll was a creative and fun spin on a classic. The mushroom flatbread was overpowering with too much Gorgonzola. Live music was nice and waiters were attentive. Will return!

We went to the pop up Grinch Holiday Bar! A 2 hour drive but well worth it for the drinks and Grinch. Incredible! The drinks were great! While there were no mocktails on the menu, I was able to tell the bartenders the flavors I liked and they made me two DELICIOUS drinks! One was cranberry and the other was pineapple juice, lime juice, and coconut cream! It's so hard to find places that cater to those of us who don't drink and this place was hands down the best! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The bartenders were also knowledgeable and friendly(always a plus). *drinks on the left are the mocktails!

The food here was very good. The salmon was cooked very well, the mac & cheese was hit because the smoked Gouda comes through well and isn't overpowering. The crab cakes were cooked but the texture and thickness wasn't the best. We prefer a slight crispiness from the broiler but they were a bit soft. The dinner rolls were lovely. They tasted like they're baked onsite using a family recipe. I could eat them everyday. Our waitress was nice and didn't overdo it coming to the table too much. The environment was nice mostly filled with families. We'll definitely come back here again.

Our server was great she was prompt and helpful. Too helpful talked us into bread pudding with banana and buttered rum, pretty good not too sweet or busy. The bang bang tater tot's have a good flavor the portion is extremely shareable. I had the lollipop lamb chops with fries nice option very good. Hubby had the beef brisket that was tasty and tender the sweet potato fries were delicious, I would pass on the cole slaw its not traditional or unique enough to determine what the chef was going for??? The ambiance is warm and friendly with very clean dining areas. All the food we ordered was served hot, these days that's special. There are two large dining areas one restaurant style the other a large bar with tables. In all nice place, good food and great service. Only downside the food was slightly overpriced, can't blame COVID for everything ! Would I go back? Yes but no rush!

Since there were no available tables outside, we were placed inside in a corner table with no air circulation. The humidity felt unbearable and really played a major impact on my experience. I'm sure if I came during a mid spring day I would've had a better experience. Food: the food is the only reason I would come here again. I got a crab cake that was very robust with a fair amount of filler but had a good amount of real crabmeat. My son got the quesadilla, and it wasn't anything special. The salmon was small and flavorful. Service: also was not anything special or bad. Our waitress came by twice during our stay. It was a busy afternoon and she was working. It would've been good if they had more staff so that someone could refill our water more frequently. Like I said, the humidity had taken away from our experience. Overall, I wouldn't come here throughout the hot, humid summer months, but I may give it a second try in the winter or spring... maybe.

I suppose a restaurant almost has a disadvantage when one has heard endlessly about how fantastic…read moreit is, thus setting one's expectations quite high when making one's reservation. A friend and I came by for a quiet supper to catch up and hopefully have an enjoyable dining experience. To start off, the Caesar salad and focaccia were indeed quite tasty. After being talked into trying the tasting menu, I was disheartened upon taking my first bite of the chicken Parmigiana and accompanying pasta. Both seemed as if they had been sitting for a while and then were unevenly reheated. The pasta, in particular, was lackluster and worse than anything I might have hurriedly boiled at eleven at night upon arriving home after a long trip and finding only packaged pasta and canned tomato sauce in the cupboard. But I could have lived with all of this had it not been for the service. Clearly my friend and I were the afterthought of all afterthoughts to our disinterested waitress. After hounding us to order before we had properly reviewed the menu, she promptly put us on the pay-no-mind list, as dirty dish after dirty dish accumulated at the table from the tasting menu she had so strongly urged me to try. I also abhor cheapness on the part of restaurants. Would it have killed Rosemary to offer us a second piece of focaccia, given that there were two of us and the portion was a better fit for just one? Lest anyone accuse me of having expected the waitstaff to read my mind, I indeed asked. It's not like we weren't spending a pretty penny there. The business could have well afforded to allow each of us a reasonable portion of its much-touted starter. After we finally managed to flag down our waitress amid the plethora of dirty dishes still sporting some of the mediocre food, I paid in cash on account of the restaurant informing me on the bill that a surcharge would be applied to a credit card transaction. Another joy! When the waitress took the note, she said, "Thank you," and that was that. I decided against calling after her to request change since it was one of those borderline instances where the note was close enough to twenty percent that it is a bit awkward to request someone return with change. So she walked off with a 26% or so tip after having left us on the dining equivalent of "read" the entire night. And then there's the issue of price: While not outrageous, everything is 15-20% more expensive than it should be, and after one pauses to think about it, the tasting menu offers barely any deal at all. If one orders the chicken like I did, it is no cheaper than ordering the starter, entrée, and dessert à la carte. If Rosemary had also offered, say, a soup, then it would be a deal. But clearly generosity is not in its owner's purview. The tiramisu, I will say, was excellent, and my friend and I enjoyed every morsel, and for that reason, along with the Caesar salad, I can muster three stars. Had I not walked through the door having heard so many people rave about Rosemary, perhaps I would have found it to be a restaurant with a pleasant ambiance, a good appetizer, and fine dessert despite a thoroughly middling entrée. But a Delco gem it is not.

I, like other reviewers, received a solid block of inedible meat instead of the short rib I…read moreordered. Fortunately, I was served a different dish after I demonstrated I couldn't cut into the short rib with the knife I was given. This was a really great spot. My coworker and I were over in North Jersey for work but flew in and out of PHL rather than facing Newark. In order to beat the crazy construction traffic outside of Philly and to have a buffer for whatever TSA nightmare we were going to face, we got back near the airport early... like 4 1/2 hours before our flight kind of early. I wanted breakfast outside of the airport so I found this spot while he was refilling the rental car. I got the French toast with homefries. The french toast was perfect, with just a tiny bit of crisp in spot from the griddle. Same with the homefries. I would have liked a bit more seasoning while they were cooking, but a bit of salt and pepper and I was good to go. My coworker got the big breakfast but subbed out the homefries for corned beef hash. While I'm not a fan of corned beef hash, it looked exactly like how my mom and grandfather like it, with a little bit of crisp to it. The pancake was huge and he said his over medium eggs were cooked exactly like he hoped they would be.
