They had weeks to prepare. They had one waitress. One bartender. We walked in before 5 PM, got told to wait, then told to seat ourselves. Found the only open table--it was dirty. Sat there for a while with no service and eventually just left. Never even got to try the food. Big crowd, guaranteed business, and they weren't ready. That's the bottom line.

To top it off, when I mentioned to the head bartender (who was acting as the manager) that I wouldn't be coming back, he pulled $40 cash out of his own wallet and offered it to me to "give them another chance." It honestly made me feel so uncomfortable and was not an appropriate way to handle the situation. The food was fine, but the service and overall experience were not.
