I did like the open windows which had tables directly under them although my favorite piece of decor is the original Victory Cleaners sign that hangs on the wall opposite the bar. While we sipped and toasted another waiter come over stating they had a glass of champagne for someone at the table which had a piece of fruit on the bottom. Well 10 minutes later and almost done the drink they came over and said "actually that drink was not meant for this table". Did they expect us to return it? Why even say that to a party? I ordered an appetizer for my main which was the tuna poke. That was decent and fresh but could have had more sauce/dressing. No one at the table raved about their food. To top it off, when I mentioned to the head bartender (who was acting as the manager) that I wouldn't be coming back, he pulled $40 cash out of his own wallet and offered it to me to "give them another chance."
