    Mediterranean pizza with hot honey

Rosemary is a pleasant addition to Delco. I no longer live in the area, so when a friend told me about the menu I was happy to hear about something modern opening up. We ordered the Mediterranean pizza with hot honey, wings, cocktails, and a few oysters. Oysters were shucked well. The pizza was delicious. I look forward to dining again. There is a daily happy hour and outdoor seating for a warm spring day.

Time to get your Happy on at one of *the* best places for Happy Hour! Great drink selections--the signature named "Rosemary" is a wonderful concoction made with tequila and garnished with a blood orange slice. The espresso martinis are wonderful too. Our light dinner included Smash burgers w/pickled onion one sans the bun so it's gluten friendly, an ample portion of very shareable truffled and dusted with Parmesan fries. The fries are the best in these parts--crispy outside and moist airy inside. The wild card was the roasted beet salad with cashew and whipped ricotta. The beet salad was delicious and paired well with all the other flavors including the tequila drinks. Such a cool welcoming vibe and the staff is always courteous and very professional too. Deets: Happy Hour Tue-Sun 4-6 specials only at the bar or tables in the bar area. You can also order from the regular menu starting at 5 pm Don't forget to feed the meter! Come on...it's always time to get happy!

Outstanding food and service. If you're in Ridley Park area, definitely check out this restaurant. It's a good place for a date or just to spend a nice meal with friends or family. It's intimate, clean, well lit, and not too cramped. While waiting for our friends to arrive, my husband and I were sitting at the bar and ordered some cocktails. I had "the Gracie" and I enjoyed it. It's vodka with orange liqueur , lime juice, and pomegranate. Not overly sweet. Burrata is fresh served with homemade thin pita chips . It has a spicy kick, very addicting. Focaccia: it's warm, light and airy served with butter with a hint of garlic. Crab cakes: two thin patties of fresh crab with remoulade and arugula. No fliings and well seasoned without being over salted. Marinated beets: served with ricotta, radish, and pistachios is another delightful small plates. Sweet potatoes: it's my first time encountering sweet potatoes served with tahini, chili jam, and cilantro. However all of these works well with the sweet potatoes. Definitely worth to try. Fingerlings: potatoes are so crispy served with roasted red peppers and some herbed cream. It's another winner. Mussels: big serving size, fresh with light yet flavorful broth served with a nicely toasted bread. Pork chops: perfectly cooked and juicy. Beautifully plated on top of smooth polenta, topped with pancetta, with vibrant salsa verde framing the dish. It looks so elegant. Spaghetti and rigatoni are al dente and have good serving size. Chef George Sabatino with his experience at Safran Turney Hospitality under his belt definitely shows his culinary skills in all the dishes that he serves. Ou waitress is knowledgeable about the menu and very friendly. The owner and chef are awesome, approachable, and down to earth. Overall, we had a wonderful experience there and definitely recommend this place.

No words to describe the food except one AMAZING. It's a I want to kiss the chef type of restaurant. The service was exceptional. Our waitress was Joanne (she was just shadowing) and she was fabulous again 5 stars. Joanne provided her delicious recommendations which we ordered. Every time we go we will request Joanne. There is so many bursts of flavors it's unexplainable. It's 4th of July fireworks in your mouth. I am in heaven that Rosemary is down the street from me. I no longer have to go to center city for 5 star food and service. Burratta Toast sweet and delicious. Pesto herb earthy fresh flavor with sweet savory strawberry purée. Brussel Caesar Salad with fresh Parmesan and pancetta - this was good maybe a little too much Caesar but still delicious. Could of had more pancetta but I am also one of those bacon everything people. Charred Octopus - the best I have ever had in my life. There was 8 different delicious flavors. Dinner: Peruvian Chicken - my husband actually dumped the sauces that were on the charred octopus plate added to the chicken. Very good Salmon - Joanne our waitress raved about this dish she was so passionate explaining this recommendation it was a must to try. And we were extremely happy with the choice. Absolutely loved the atmosphere and decor. Also loved the glasses. I didn't care for the plates/Serve ware. My favorites were the charred octopus and Burrata toast. #ridleypark #delco #delcoeats #BurrattaToast #Burratta #octopus #salmon #pistachio #delcopa #delcofoodie #ridley

Such a cute spot for a nice dinner date or just catching up with friends. Food was OK but the service was great and drinks were delicious. I would definitely say that I prefer the small plates /appetizers over the pastas and dinner platters. I felt the platters were a bit bland and needed some salt or more depth to it. Pistachio cake was good, but a bit too sweet for my palate. I will be back to try other dishes though.

Had to try the new happening spot in Ridley Park (Delco). Heard a lot of great things about chef Elijah Mitchell so I HAD to come try his menu. Believe the hype because our table left satisfied. Rosemary has a variety of flavor profiles to choose from the menu so basically there's fun for everyone. Started with some cocktails (spicy margs) and apps. Burrata Toast is a must have. Mains include different pasta dishes. If you like lamb please do yourself a favor and get the Smoked Lamb Mafaldine. Flavorful, comforting, and something you'll probably come back for. The ambience felt similar to something you'd find in center. High bar, great lighting with patrons hustling and bustling. Came during the first few weeks of opening so chef Mitchell was on the floor checking on guests. Nice treat to an overall great experience.

Wow. Only been open 2 weeks and it's amazing. Parking can be a challenge (street parking) - but one of the owners showed us which spots were 3 hour spots and the greeter gave us the coins to pay the meter - problem solved. Started with a cocktail - we tried 2 different ones - and they were very good. Started with an amazing broiled oyster app and an over the top delicious shrimp appetizer. We then tried the Peruvian chicken (phenomenal - moist, complex flavors with way it was cooked and the sauces) and the cowboy pork chop (so tender and had a berry sauce - delicious). They do like to minimize substitutions (and we both have dietary restrictions) but they made it happen. We also tried the best broccolini we've ever had (along with the best oysters and pork). Service was great, knowledgable and friendly. Great experience from walking in the door to completion. Adding Rosemary to our favorite restaurants list!

The wine is subpar and overpriced. Markup is higher than in Philadelphia. Hope a new restaurateur comes in soon.

The restaurant has a charming and casual vibe. Both gentlemen tending the floor are from Italy, adding an air of authenticity. You can choose to sit outdoors -- I really like the way the patio is arranged --or in the cozy dining room. Once seated, you're brought a plate of roasted peppers and a basket of hard rolls. I sprinkled olive oil and grated salt on the plate, which proved a good idea with the peppers and rolls. There were a number of appetizer specials, but we went with a basic Caesar salad. One order, pre-apportioned in the kitchen, was perfect for the two of us. I ordered branzino as an entree T, linguini Pescatore. The whole fish is brought out and fileted tableside. While I took a photo, it was just one unflattering shot of the head (which I'm not posting.) The branzino was mild and flakey, good, though the seasoning didn't break through the skin rendering it a little bland. Excellent grilled potatoes and vegetables completed my dinner. My husband's linguini was delish; while the pasta isn't made in house, it tasted like it could be, served al dente, of course. The tomato sauce was spicy enough to bring the dish over the top. Portobello is byob. (Another Yelper mentioned an $8 corkage fee, but unless they forgot to charge us, they disbanded the policy.) After our meal, with takeout box packed -- there was a lot of fish -- we were offered amaretto as a digestif. A nice touch! The restaurant isn't all that convenient to where we live but we enjoyed dinner enough to warrant a repeat visit. Next time I'll try something Italian. Or maybe salmon, which looked pretty good. Reservations suggested, particularly on weekends.

I feel like I would love this sauce on fettuccine and I would like that more but I also think it complements the texture of the gnocchi better too. The shrimp accentuates this dish . So hopefully you like shrimp. They peeled off the shells completely which was nice. The bread had tasty herbs and the salad was refreshing. The sfogliatella was crunchy with tasty custard but the winning dessert has to be the pistachio ricotta cake.. Let me repeat...America's Pie is NOT just a pizza place, and while their pizza is absolutely wonderful, it is in the raw selection and quality of that broad selection that makes this place freaking outstanding. I have had the opportunity to order food from here several times over the last several years and they have one of the most unique "pizza shop" restaurant menus out there and even have a massive selection of tacos that you can pick from. I have had several opportunities to write my review of this spot, but it wasn't until I discovered something very special here that finally drove me to write my full opinion. My most recent visit to America's Pie was one born of laziness. Everyone at home wanted something different and we didn't want to cook, so we were simply looking at places that would be easy that we don't order from that often and landed here. The menu is so large that I was being indecisive and that was when I saw it...all the way at the bottom of the sandwiches section, what I have now identified as one of the top three sandwiches I have ever had in my life, and I've had a lot of sandwiches: the Tony Bourdain. A strange combination of ingredients, all delicious and savory in their own right, brought together to create a bread-borne experience unlike few, if any, that I have ever had before. This seriously is one of, if not, THE BEST sandwiches that I have ever had. It is not what it looks like, or the way it is constructed that makes it so good. What makes it so amazing is the absolutely mastery and command of the knowledge of the ingredients, the quality of those ingredients, and their interaction together on the flavors they will produce when combined within the very high quality seeded roll that it all comes neatly packed within. It is not a pretty, easy to eat and clean sandwich. It gets everywhere, and it is worth it. You SHOULD get this sandwich, for the culinary perfection, but also to honor the late Anthony Bourdain. This is definitely a meal that properly honors the man and his legacy. America's Pie isn't perfect but it is one of the best pizza/sandwich/pasta places in my area of Delco. Hands down. The specialty sandwiches really take it to the next level and that Tony Bourdain shoots them into the stratosphere. You will never have a bad meal here. They are local people making great food, with a local but very friendly attitude, and want you to enjoy everything you order. Explore the menu and check them out. I made a pledge to work my way through the sandwich menu just because that sandwich was so damn good and I am excited about every single one that I check off that list. Can't wait to bump into you there!
