First I walked in to use the bathroom, as most people do after a long trip on the road. I chuckled when I saw a sign that said that the bathroom is checked every 30 minutes. It was dirtier than every gas station bathroom we visited on the way down from New York. It looks like a dirty mop was dragged all across the restaurant. Every booth and table was dirty with clear wiping marks as if someone also used dirty water to clean. I'm really disappointed in the local franchise here. I'm sure the General Manager has reached out many times about the support she needs to keep the store clean, and not buying new mops shows that this franchisee is a penny pincher, in all the worst ways. Your customers deserve better, B&G
