I have went to sassy nails few times. My first couple experiences at sassy nails was great. My nails looked nice and it was reasonable price. However, for past 3 or 4 times I got my nails done from sassy nails. I been very disappointed. The nails look uneven and they come off within a week and half. I went to get my nails done about a week ago and the lady rushed through it. My nails weren't shaped correctly. It felt uneven. When I asked her to correct it she didn't seem very happy to do so. I was a walk in and didn't check prices. I wanted to go somewhere close to home. This was it. My Salon Tech Yen was fast, friendly, professional, and thorough with my Pedicure. And it is beautifully done! I haven't been out of my home for a Pedicure for awhile so at first I thought it was pricey. I have, in the past frequented many different Nail Salons for Pedicures and paid this much for luxury services but my toes didn't look this good nor were my feet this soft. The paint is uneven, she didn't even ask if I'd like to have my nails shaped, and the lady tried to talk me out getting matte nails because "they would still be shiny". I had every intention of giving these ladies 5 stars, all the ladies were super nice and they price their services really well! I don't know the name of the lady that did my nails but she was nice, and even though she cut the skin above my cuticles (you can see in the picture and it was on both pinky fingers) to the point of making them both bleed, I was still going to give them 5 stars! However, when it's less that 24 hours later and one of the rhinestones I got falls off, I'm pretty irritated. I don't work in a job that requires me to have my hands in water for long periods of time, so I don't understand why one would've already fallen off. Now I just have this ugly weird divot in one of my nails. Overall my nails look pretty good! But I don't want to pay extra for rhinestones that are going to fall off in less than 24 hours...let's see how long the polish and nails hold up read more

I visited this place 3 days after getting a 3hour long pedicure from a nailshop across the street! To then be charged 30.00 and my feet felt horrible, heels were rough and I couldn't stand it so I came here! For 25.00 my feet were fixed the way they should be, I didn't get a long leg massage like other places but EVERY PART of my feet feels brand new, polish is perfect and I am so happy with their work, Lots of customers here so that's a good sign! Recently started to go here for pedicures. So far loving it. Pay $25 for nail color (white tip) pedicure, always lasts few weeks but due to my nails growing too fast I have to go 2-3 weeks . Also I suffer from ingrown toe nails, Hanna always does an awesome job cleaning and removing my ingrown, although painful it is worth having them removed than to be suffering from ingrown toenail pain when I walk in my shoes. Place also gets pretty packed so not sure why the negative reviews. read more

Pedi was ok but when they did my manicure they didn't take their time and didn't even dry nor made sure my nails were dry. I came on Monday. I got the same woman who did for me last time. Some lift occurred already. She greeted me and told me her name was tracy. At first, she asked me who did my nails last time. I said it was her and i also had some broken nails and some lifts. She said no no no her. I didnt want to argue with her. So i gave her another chance to do my nails. Her english was not good, i couldnt understand. I dont like it when people dont accept their mistakes. She charged me 35. Thats the full set price. I asked how much she would charge me to put acrylic over my nails without tips. She said $35, which was more expensive than what their price list sign said. I didn't like this place at all. They were rude right when we walked in. Had an appointment for a pedicure, they did it so fast and cut corners, no base coat, no oil on cuticles, no cleaning up cuticles she was done in 15 minutes. Worst pedicure ever! My friend had one done also, and the technician did even say ok all done, they were sitting there waiting. Then the best part, when we go to pay they say they are cash only. Nice! Do you think you can say this when we get there, or put a sign up somewhere, so people know this?? So unprofessional, and doesn't make sense because on the price board it says we prefer tips in cash. That implies that they take other methods of payment but prefer cash tips! Get your story straight people! Spent 3 hours there just to get pay an outrageous price for refills & not get what i wanted. Nails are uneven and bumpy and color is awful.

So I noticed they do not wash the pedi stations after each use my friend and I had an appointment my pedi station was already filled but this lady was next to me getting her pedi and so they just filled it without washing it as my friend came to sit down she noticed stuff floating in the water . They do not sanitize anything . They also had a cockroach walking around and the lady ignored it as if morning had happened so not come here ! read more
