I celebrated my birthday at Sasha's and babyyyyy when I tell you everything was ON POINT! The staff was professional, attentive, and full of good energy. The service was smooth and flawless. The music YUP, is a whole vibe. And the food was absolutely amazing every bite better than the last! Plenty of parking and the inside is beyond gorgeous. I took so many pictures. This place is a total vibe. The decor is nice. So many pretty flowers. This os a great place to host a party. The service was great. Our server was so nice and patient with our party of 10 people. They have TV's in the bar area and in the main dining area. Let's not forget the DJ who was playing some good music. Our group was singing, dancing in their seats and eating. Hubby and I ordered the seafood combo which consisted of catfish, shrimp. Hubby got fries for his side and I ordered cabbage for my side and we split a side of collard greens. The waitress Taylor was sweet. The decor needs a major upgrade, the floors appear dirty and the chairs are dirty and some were peeling. The food was absolutely garbage. Eggs had no taste, grits had no taste. You could only order off the limited brunch menu, so no appetizers could be ordered. The band was absolutely amazing (I'd definitely hire them to perform at my wedding) and the drinks were delicious. It did take about 30-45 minutes for the mimosa tower which was absolutely ridiculous. Would I return? For the drinks and the band only and that'd only if someone invited me. Came with a group of ladies for an enjoyable Friday evening. Upon arrival, there's plenty of parking and the hostess were very friendly. We waited for our party to completely arrive and we were seated. Our waitress was attentive and polite. The aesthetic was nice (loved the emerald green) and there was a DJ playing music for your enjoyment. My only issue was the food - it definitely didn't match the positives I just mentioned. I ordered a strawberry lemon drop, and later, the Sasha and I did enjoy both of these drinks. For food, I ordered the lamb chops and they came with 1 side (I got collard greens). Unfortunately, the lamb just wasn't a great cut and the greens tasted from the can (seemed to be mixed greens). I did try my friend's nachos and the cheese was not it! The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The food is good, but not great. We went for brunch: I had fish (catfish) and grits. Potatoes 4 STARS The potatoes were SO damn good! Seasoned to perfection with onions and bell peppers. I would have gave 5 Stars but they were warm and should have been hot. Ok, so this night, for dinner and a movie was a tad bit empty, but it could've been because of the movie choice (Pursuit of Happyness)), but we loved the movie! Not sure if the online menu differed from the QR code menu but if so, the online menu needs to be updated. Boudin egg rolls: 5/10 decent presentation but lacked flavor. Bacon wrapped shrimp: 7/10 shrimp was a little overcooked but overall it was good and you get a decent amount of shrimp. Creole pasta w/shrimp: 8/10 presentation was nice and decent flavor but had to add salt. The sauce was good but gelled after sitting for a little bit. Lamb chops w/Mac and cheese: 7/10 for the lamb chops. Nice flavor and cooked well. Liked the sauce that was on the chops. 3/10 for the Mac and cheese. One person said it tasted like it should've been on the kids menu (if they had one). It lacked flavor and was a little bland overall. I was looking for the cheese pull and cheese flavor but that was really lacking. Side mashed potatoes: 4/10 these were basic and nothing special. We ordered a variety of cocktails--three different martinis, a mule, a margarita, and a Crown & Coke--and they definitely had us feeling good! Went on a Wednesday for "movie night". Was the only couple there and seated first, our orders weren't taken. 2 couples came in after us (a total of 6 people)... still no orders taken or drinks made. I had to physically get up and try to go make a bowl of popcorn. My server then offered to make me some. At that point, I asked is there a certain time we can start ordering or what? AT THAT POINT AFTER WAITING ALL THIS TIME, we are told that the cooks JUST arrived and are behind and have to see what they have. After getting my overly dry popcorn and ordering just a simple Shirley temple, I didn't even get the Shirley temple. Throat was dryer than a bowl of communion crackers. At this point, we just got up and left. For it to be only 6 people, everyone should've easily been able to communicate that THERE IS NO FOOD! Which, idk how they have a special and THERE IS NO FOOD! I really wanted to like this place, but after two visits, I'm done giving it chances. My first visit was in October 2025, and my second (and final) visit was on New Year's Eve in December 2025. Unfortunately, both experiences were nearly identical. The food service was horrendous, and the food wait staff was horrible--slow, inattentive, and clearly overwhelmed or uninterested. We waited far too long for basic food, and once food arrived, it wasn't worth the wait. The server didn't bring cutlery to anyone at the table and visibly caught an attitude when asked for it. We also ordered hookah, which was very underwhelming and not worth the price or the wait. The one bright spot of the night was the live music, during the NYE visit. The atmosphere during the performance was enjoyable and honestly the highlight of the entire evening. If you plan to come here, I strongly recommend eating before you arrive or planning to eat after you leave. If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My friends brought me here for my birthday last night, and it was a complete nightmare. I really tried to let them take the lead, but I would never come back to this place. First, my friend made a reservation over two weeks ago for 9:30 PM. She even called the day before, and no one mentioned anything about a $75 table fee. It felt like they made that up the same day just because there was a free fight streaming on Netflix, and they wanted to be greedy. When we arrived, the music was blasting, kids were running around, and there was hookah everywhere--it was confusing whether this was supposed to be a restaurant, lounge, or daycare. We checked in on time, waited 15 minutes to be seated, and still no mention of the fee. After we sat down, not a single person came to greet us for over 30 minutes. My friend finally had to get up and ask for a waiter. When the server finally showed up, we ordered drinks and hookah, which we paid for right away. Then a woman claiming to be the manager came over and told us about the $75 table fee. I explained the lack of service, and how there was no mention of this fee on the website. Her response? "There's nothing I can do." Instead of improving our experience, she asked my friend what we thought she should do--as if that's not her job as a manager! We ended up paying the fee, but then asked to speak to the owner. The first man was dismissive and argumentative. A second one came, and by that point, I was furious. Not only was my birthday ruined, but it was clear they didn't care about their customers or their own reputation. I'll say this: you never know who's sitting in your establishment. Based upon reviews decided to visit for Sunday Funday Brunch. Party of two we were sat a large both which the seats were dirty, we moved one booth over it was dirty and had ashes from the night before. Reservation was at noon which is when they opened for business. Asked if we could transition to the bar area. Enter Danisha the bartender. She is attentive to detail, glasses constantly filled. Danisha and the other gentleman definitely changed the experience in a more positive direction. The catfish and grits were seasoned perfectly! I comprehend an upcharge for premium vodkas like Effen, Chopin or Belvedere but Kettle One? Never in my brunch life have I paid $154 dollars (with auto gratuity) for one person. I believe I was charged $16 upcharge per in addition to the $14 martinis. The entree was $25.00. Because I enjoyed Danisha's service I did not hold it against her, tipped an additional $45.00. Now, I would have normally walked out already but it was a birthday party so we all had to stay. So our party agreed on cheeseburgers to eliminate being disappointed but to our dismay the kitchen could only accommodate two. so the manager Gary came over to see how could he help make things better and offered us to try the signature dishes which was very satisfying.
