The manager, Reginald, did not apologize, showed no concern, and handled the situation very unprofessionally. His response was essentially a shrug and a "my bad bro," which was dismissive and disrespectful given the circumstances. This is not how customer service should be handled, especially with large groups who planned in advance. We will not be returning.

There were only about 20 parking spaces directly in front of the building and the caterer had their delivery trucks occupying about 5 of those precious few (not a good look at a formal event).
