Netflix Bites is a vibe. I am a sucker for themed food. Not only is the food presentable, but also really good. We ordered the Red Bite, Green Bite as our starter which was Squid Games themed. The way it goes is you get a wheel to spin and you dip your player(chicken) in whatever sauce you land on. They give you three sauces Mild, Medium and Spicy. The chicken tasted really good, and I loved the spicy sauce but I would pass on the other sauces. For a drink I decided to go with Love at First Sip after my favorite show Love is Blind, and that was a nice refreshing cocktail. For my entree I had the WWE Smashed Burger and that was delicious! The burger was flavorful and so filling. I also loved the fries it came with. The service was really good, you have multiple waiters taking care of you and making sure every need is met. I would definitely come back and try something new from their menu.

Netflix Bites area can get pretty crowded. You have to put your name on the waitlist, by scanning the QR code near the host stand to get a table. We were unable to get a table so we had to order food and drinks from the bar. We had the killer onion dip, WWE smash burger, and the perfect pickle pie. The perfect pickle pie was so good, I definitely would order this again. Also tried the streaming optimism, love at first sip, and tres chic spritz drinks. My favorite drink was the tres chic spritz, it is refreshing and sweet tasting.

My plate was empty before I blinked. The service was fantastic. They did over the top and we were last minute guest and the food was still hot and amazing. Everyone was nice including the mean ones with the squid game but I do t put that on the food service thank you guys for good service from Houston Gang!

Loved the decor but it was quite busy on a Monday night so wasn't expecting too much. One of us ordered for our group with the big bartender and he did not seem to like his job. He was cold and told us they ran out of the non alcoholic drinks so we only ordered food. The food was decent. Wished they served food from the actual shows. As we're munching, we noticed some non alcoholic drinks being served to children who ordered after us. Then we asked the bartender for some water due to the salty food and her response was there are 2 self serve water fountains on either side of the bar and ran off before we could ask anything else. It wasn't too busy at the bar but there seems to be a trend amongst those working behind the bar. More food arrived and we asked the waitress if we could have some water and she happily replied yes, how many? Finally some friendly service! Camryn delivered quality customer service! Later on, we spoke with Douglas, the manager, who demonstrated accountability and open-mindedness to our experience.

Great salad. Better than I thought it would be. Really fresh. Pretty big serving. The soju drink from the bar was ok. It was very watered down and tasted like sparkling water.

Squid game's themed chicken and collection of dips.

Very cool mall food court atmosphere. The food was also very good. There was a waitress that was very condescending but the manager made up for it. Overall it is a good snack after one of their events.

I love eating on the patio when possible. And the interior also is lovely. Good service, and great all gender bathrooms. The menu is wonderful for sharing. It isn't vegan but I find great options when we split plates. The only reason I dropped my rating from 5 to 4 stars is that even in 100 degree weather they keep a huge service window open so the bar is accessible both inside and outside. This practice is hugely irresponsible to the environment, to the Texas power grid and residents, and to those of us paying our bill here knowing we are footing that bill.

The ambiance is dark and decorated with red accents and booths. You can opt to get a couch for bigger parties. They have lamps on the table and you change the light to let your server know you need them. They copycat the Improv on two items minimum per person. Drinks are a bit on the pricey side. The Henny-Rita cocktail is delicious and I could actually taste the Hennessy. Bottles of water are priced decently. My server he was polite and friendly. Sometimes I feel these places can nickel and dime you. They automatically had gratuity to your bill. Please NOTE: The bands tend to start late. Overall if you want to hear some good music and be entertained. Then this a great place to start the night. The crowd does change from grown and sexy to young and fun. I will return and come back a few times a year for live music performances. I give them a 3.5 for the whole vibe and visit. Since I can't give them a half star. I will push it to a 4 star. My drink was good, service pretty good and music was great.

I was finally ready to give Loro another try after multiple misses at this location last year. Having had the East Dallas location deliver a home run, it was disappointing to see the one in Addison fail to deliver quality I know they were capable of. So after about a year away, I tried this location again and had a much better experience. I brought my mother-in-law here, so the stakes were high- and to be honest, this was a last minute pivot because the original restaurant I had made reservations at for lunch was closed after their electrify went out- so through a strange twist of fate, I had to find something that was fast and with an elevated look and taste. I was hoping taking the gamble would pay off and it did. We arrived at Loro and both had the Kinoko Bowl, which is a rice bowl with grilled mushrooms and a Korean dipping sauce. It was very good. The mushrooms were seasoned well, and the rice + veggies were great. I also had a seasonal drink which was the Pretty in Peach Dirty Soda. It was a great compliment to the meal and really hit the spot on a hot summer's day. The service was fast and courteous. I really like how the to go boxes are self serve and you don't have to wait on table serve to grab them. The atmosphere here is great too. For a Thursday lunch, it was calm and very easy to hear our conversations in the dining area. I'm glad that this most recent visit to Loro was better than the ones I had last year. However, despite this being a much better experience, I am still reserved about whether it's a true turnaround. When I referenced the picture for the bowl we got (in my Loro specials email) the picture looked different- mostly that the seasoning was sprinkled all over the ingredients in the bowl. But when it arrived, the seasoning was only on the mushrooms. So, this makes me think someone is still cutting corners in the kitchen. I would hope everything is made to spec, but I suspect there is still a rogue kitchen element. I just want the dish as intended, and people improvising the recipe really makes me wonder how the consistency is. Also, it seemed like the veggies in the bowl had not been brined for long enough, which was one of my call outs from last time. Overall, I'm glad that I had a much better experience here than the last few times, but I'm being cautious and hopeful that they bring a bit more attention to the details to achieve consistency.
