After seeing the damage, the manager, grabs her mechanic and asks him to check. They grab my BRAND NEW LOCK and try to tighten it on with their HANDS BRO I can't make this up. And then they tell me, "look! It works you're wrong." Right before telling me the brand new lock is what is damaged. They communicated in SPANISH, WHICH I SPEAK, but I guess she forgot so, and said to each other, "esta sobado" meaning the bolt is damaged. If you zoom in on the pictures you can see the difference between the 3 old ones and the 1 new lug nut. The 3 old ones have SEVERE signs of struggle which they did struggle to remove them because they didn't have the proper key so they had to use their own. And the brand new lock is where the problem lies......... YEAH RIGHT I highly recommend people stay away from here, these people are unprofessional as hell. I ultimately ended up getting a refund of $75 AFTER she tried to charge me $110 to fix the bolt they ruined. All this trouble for a $35 difference that could've been avoided if she had just agreed to fix what they had ruined. ZERO integrity ZERO character.

After talking to Rick about this they were able to inspect the problem tire and found both a nail and a screw in the tire. They were able to save the tire by patching it up. So when I declined the offer, I got reached out by Tonny over the phone. I told him about the parasitic draining issue and he convinced me to diagnose it and fix it! When I came to pick the car, right of the bat, I noticed the engine sign was blinking in the dashboard! I shew it to him! Also, I noticed the car was shaking a lot! Tony claimed that the car is fine for now! and that I could drive it! I drove the car for literally two days and in day three, my car completely shut down in the midst of the road! (Notice, I have never had this issue before). It did that at least 3 times that same afternoon! I took it back to them, so they tried to charge me another $1,6k. Not only I wasted $1,2k for a trash work, but now my car is an a way much worse state than before! They said they had to supply the part or they couldn't warranty the work. These are the brake pads you get at the Toyota dealership. What they meant to say is they want to order parts from their supplier, like NAPA and mark up the part for a little extra cash on their ticket. I only use OEM parts on my car and I don't like mickey mouse aftermarket parts on my car. I did not have this problem with another Shell I used to use so they lost my business for a pad change, oil change, coolant flush and a brake flush. Smart

Great guys; great service on the whole. I had a noise coming from the area near the serpentine belt…read moreon my 19-year old car. One of their mechanics was kind enough to just take a listen and see what he could make of it, free-of-charge. When I brought it back for a more thorough diagnosis, they identified the problem (timing belt rubbing slightly on something due to tolerances that are too tight; addressed in a manufacturer's technical service bulletin from 15 years ago). It would have been a big job and a bundle of money to fully resolve the issue. Ultimately they (Brent) advised me to just let it go and keep an eye on it because it's not a "catastrophic" issue. Honest and much appreciated advice. That said, I also had another less satisfactory experience before this. Had a slow leak in a tire, so brought it in for inspection. They had a young (teen-aged) and probably less experienced mechanic patch the tire for me. He kept looking to the older mechanics for guidance, which didn't instill a lot of confidence. Sure enough, the patch ended up failing while I was on the highway. In the end, I had to replace the tire. Upon inspecting the old tire, the folks at the tire shop told me that the puncture wasn't close enough to the middle of the contact patch, but rather on the outer part of the tread, too close to the sidewall to be safe, which meant that it should've been immediately replaced, rather than patched. So, just make sure that Brent and/or one of their more senior, certified mechanics is taking care of things and you should be good!
