They said they had to supply the part or they couldn't warranty the work. These are the brake pads you get at the Toyota dealership. What they meant to say is they want to order parts from their supplier, like NAPA and mark up the part for a little extra cash on their ticket. I only use OEM parts on my car and I don't like mickey mouse aftermarket parts on my car. I did not have this problem with another Shell I used to use so they lost my business for a pad change, oil change, coolant flush and a brake flush. Smart

So when I declined the offer, I got reached out by Tonny over the phone. I told him about the parasitic draining issue and he convinced me to diagnose it and fix it! When I came to pick the car, right of the bat, I noticed the engine sign was blinking in the dashboard! I shew it to him! Also, I noticed the car was shaking a lot! Tony claimed that the car is fine for now! and that I could drive it! I drove the car for literally two days and in day three, my car completely shut down in the midst of the road! (Notice, I have never had this issue before). It did that at least 3 times that same afternoon! I took it back to them, so they tried to charge me another $1,6k. Not only I wasted $1,2k for a trash work, but now my car is an a way much worse state than before! Also the guy upfront was trying to charge me for a second diagnosis jut for me bringing the car back (Horrible customer service from the guy upfront btw). Do yourself a favor! Just don't go there!

Matt is the true quintessential, reasonable, speedy and precise mechanic. Based on his reasonable…read morerates, efficient service and non-gouging behavior, I will likely go to his shop for all my family's needs until this professional retires. What do I mean by non-gouging behavior? Ever go to these large shop auto shops and come out with a $1400 estimate for simple brake pad replacement? Not at Matt Wright Automotive. Matt only charges you for services you need. If it is a larger expense, he gives you an estimate and warning before he charges the service. Specifically, he could have added another increase for a wheel alignment, but after checking the system refrained from an extra charge - just because he is a complete honest broker. It is to the point now, that I don't even ask Matt to call me before he does repairs so I don't waste his time. When I go to Wright automotive, I simply drop the car off and do so in a haggle free environment. My conversations simply go like "Here it is Matt - let me know how much I owe you when it's done." I highly recommend that folks, check Wright automotive out! This place is a diamond. But please don't waste his time with the 'several estimates' game. Just be rest assured he will be more than fair, and you will thank this review later. Customer: Mark.

I came in with 3 locks on my tires I needed removed because I had recently lost my key. They removed all three but damaged the bolt in the picture. After buying a new set of locks and trying to tighten it on, they accused me of being the one that did the damage -_- AS IF. I never thought I'd need the police present for ANYTHING in my life. After seeing the damage, the manager, grabs her mechanic and asks him to check. They grab my BRAND NEW LOCK and try to tighten it on with their HANDS BRO I can't make this up. And then they tell me, "look! It works you're wrong." Right before telling me the brand new lock is what is damaged. They communicated in SPANISH, WHICH I SPEAK, but I guess she forgot so, and said to each other, "esta sobado" meaning the bolt is damaged. If you zoom in on the pictures you can see the difference between the 3 old ones and the 1 new lug nut. The 3 old ones have SEVERE signs of struggle which they did struggle to remove them because they didn't have the proper key so they had to use their own. And the brand new lock is where the problem lies......... YEAH RIGHT I highly recommend people stay away from here, these people are unprofessional as hell. I ultimately ended up getting a refund of $75 AFTER she tried to charge me $110 to fix the bolt they ruined. All this trouble for a $35 difference that could've been avoided if she had just agreed to fix what they had ruined. ZERO integrity ZERO character.
