They said they had to supply the part or they couldn't warranty the work. These are the brake pads you get at the Toyota dealership. What they meant to say is they want to order parts from their supplier, like NAPA and mark up the part for a little extra cash on their ticket. I only use OEM parts on my car and I don't like mickey mouse aftermarket parts on my car. I did not have this problem with another Shell I used to use so they lost my business for a pad change, oil change, coolant flush and a brake flush. Smart

"I was at your station today and purchased a car wash after pumping gas. When I entered the carwash, the system started working, and in a few seconds it stopped. I spoke with the attendant and he told me it was because the car had a bicycle rack in the back. I was very surprised as the rack was collapsed, and I have done it before, get a carwash done with the rack in the back, while collapsed. I asked the attendant if he could reset the car wash so I can use the code later, or allow me to remove the rack, which only takes a few seconds and restart the wash. He told me there is nothing he could do about it and I had lost my carwash. They even have a grill inside this one where you can place your order at the machines, which makes it so easy to order and customize your food.
