I don't really know much about cars, so it would be incredibly easy to take advantage of me. However, they are always incredibly honest. For instance, I took my car into them earlier this week to have them check the brakes and the shocks of my ten year-old car. Bob told me that the brakes were perfectly fine, but he recommended that I get the brake fluid flushed. He told me that the shocks were weak, but he recommended not changing them. He broke down the cost of parts and labor and told me that my car was safe to drive and it would, at this point be an unnecessary expense. I know so little about cars, which is pretty obvious, that he really could have told me anything. Overall, this is an honest repair shop that provides prompt service and good communication.

If I let him change them for me for $50, then he can pass me. Interesting, because my husband put new wipers on that car 2 months ago. Your option is to let them extort you for $50 or drive around with a failed inspection sticker and waste another hour in line somewhere else. They know they've got you and they think you're stupid. The bad: I went here Just for a state inspection which was supposed to be sixteen dollar. The mechanic called me and stated I was charged 86.30. I was charged 16 dollars for the state inspection, 10 dollars for headlamp adjustment (which you can just twist and falls right in it's place), 10 dollars for low beam adjustment properly and stated that they replaced my head lamp (all of my headlamps worked properly and on top of that I was charged 39.91 for new wiper blades. Conclusion: Coming here and filling up my gas all the time you would think that they would wave the 20 dollars for the lamp adjustment, but no. I feel as though I was charged extra for something that could have easily been less than 40 bucks to include the wipers. The shop charges an arm and a leg for their services.
