Very satisfied that I went with Sano heating and air for my repair! They gave me the same day appointment from 5 to 7 PM. Sam was our technician. He was very courteous and knowledgeable. Gave us options and replaced the part that needed to get our system running again. He even offered to go up into the attic to make sure nothing else was going on up there. We will definitely use them for any future repairs. read more

Jaicub and Tyler did amazing work today replacing our ducts and installing an air scruber for our home. The were extremely professional, efficient, and kept me well informed while they were here. They made sure I understood all the changes they were making and assured me that I can call them if I need any adjustments to airflow or the vents. Also, I want to shout out Stevie and Daron who went above and beyond during my AC tune up this week. Everyone was very helpful, professional and knew how to work around my pets. 10/10 will work with them again. read more

We definitely recommend Sano Heating & Air Conditioning! Stevie and Christian were so knowledgeable, thoughtful, and kind. After our AC went out, we were nervous to find a company to fix it and I'm so glad my husband chose Sano! Our AC is working well again now. We really appreciated the knowledge they shared about our system, how they made themselves available very quickly (it was fixed less than 24 hours after it went out!), and how they covered their shoes in the house. Thanks so much! read more

Expensive but real good!!! Easy and no problems. I would call them again! They could have cleaned their mess up better.

Anthony was our service representative, and his knowledge and expertise were manifest. He really knows what he's doing, and frankly, it's a wonderful change of pace to meet a serviceman who is demonstrably caring and honest, & who put together a very workable plan to replace our broken a/c system. We were very impressed and grateful for his help. If the other employees at Sano are anything like him, then you can't do any better. They'll be #1 on my speed dial for all my heating and a/c needs in the future. read more

I had an excellent experience with this veteran-owned HVAC company. From start to finish, they were professional, honest, and straightforward. When our old system needed to be replaced, they gave us clear options without trying to upsell or push anything unnecessary. We received a quote from a company we have used before and I did not like the way they were trying to get me to spend a lot of money. But when Darron from Sano gave us our free estimate, he was polite, knowledgeable, and never once tried to upsell us--just gave us clear, honest options that fit our needs. The team (Pedro R. and Mike S.) showed up on time, worked efficiently, and made sure everything was done right before they left. It's rare these days to find a company that values integrity and quality service like they do.I also had the chance to speak with Patrick the owner, and he was a great guy--friendly, genuine, and clearly takes pride in running a company built on integrity. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, skilled professionals for HVAC work! read more

We had Jim and Manny from Sano Heating and Air come out to inspect our AC and heating system as part of getting our house ready to sell. They showed up right on time, which we really appreciated, and were both personable and easy to talk to throughout the visit. They walked us through what they were checking, answered our questions clearly, and were very professional the entire time. The inspection itself was thorough, and they gave us confidence that everything was in good shape for the sale. Overall, it was a smooth, stress-free experience and I'd definitely recommend them. read more

Had my ac serviced in April. The tech was very nice and informative. I decided to check my filter because my son suffers from severe allergies and his allergies were really bad out of nowhere. I found that they replaced my high MERV filter with a reusable blue mesh type filter. I called another AC company they said yea those won't help with allergies at all. I get that a filter replacement is part of the service but they should replace it with something comparable or at least let me know to replace it so I can do it myself read more

A big shoutout to Stevie, Andrew, and Chris for going above and beyond to get our furnace running properly and adding a booster fan before the cold weather hits. The main reason I loved working with Sano Heating and Air is their honesty. I had previously spoken with another HVAC company that claimed my issue would require extensive and costly work. But when Sam and Anthony from Sano came out, they quickly identified the problem and fixed it--without all the unnecessary extras the other company told me was mandatory. That honesty and integrity really stood out to me. It's the reason I highly recommend this company. On top of that, Sam and Anthony were fantastic technicians. Our tech Stevie was great, we called to have our AC unit checked out and also for an annual cleaning. Sano's customer service was also great, very polite and professional plus they notified us that they had an earlier time slot and came sooner than expected. Especially during this heat wave, we were eager to have our AC unit serviced as soon as possible. Back to Stevie, very professional, polite and explained everything he was going to do to troubleshoot our unit. Turns out, our AC unit was fine it was just really filthy inside. I appreciate his honesty as we don't know what is right or not and didn't try to upsell any unnecessary services like some other bad vendors that pray on folks during the heat. Stevie gave us some good maintenance tips and only charged us for the cleaning since there wasn't anything wrong with our unit. They are also Veteran own (Semper Fi) Will definitely call them again for all of our future heating and cooling needs. read more

Definitely would call Sano again for AC needs. read more

They sent someone out on a Saturday to repair our old furnace (58 years old) but it turned out to be terminally ill. So they came out again the following Tuesday and installed a brand new furnace and thermostat. They were quick and efficient and pleasant. They cleaned up after themselves. The only problem is that they installed a programmable thermostat and I can't figure out how to program it nor how to turn it off when we go out of town. I told them I didn't want a programmable thermostat but apparently that request didn't get to the right person. read more

They answered all my husband's questions, and also made some maintenance recommendations, which was easy to understand. Overall great experience! read more
