We had our AC and furnace replaced/relocated by Sano last week. They were able to complete the entire job in two days. We had a lot of questions and reservations about the replacement/relocation. Sano checked all the boxes for us and we can't be happier with the install. Patrick, Manny, Chris, Ivan and the whole crew went the extra mile to ensure the installation was efficient, clean, and to our satisfaction. Thank you Sano Heating & Air Conditioning! read more

Sano - New inverter style AC compressors installed by Sano Heating & Air Conditioning crew. - Heating & Air Conditioning/HVAC Near Me - Anaheim, California

WOW!! What an unbelievable experience for our family today! I reached out to Sano and the chat was enabled for my convenience. I stated my concerns regarding our AC being out and was told the information was sent to the office. I was hoping but not expecting same day service. That's when Wonderful Leah contacted me and worked me in today- the same day I reached out to have a technician come out. Leah gave me the window between 1-3 pm. I was thrilled! Next thing you know, she calls back and says are you available between 9-9:30 am. It just kept getting better. Manny showed up. He was kind, understanding and diagnosed the issue after thoroughly detecting the problem. He let me know that he would try and track down the part and that it may or may not be him coming back to finish the work. In less than a half hour after Manny left, Andrew shows up with the part. Another kind, helpful, great person helping us! Andrew thoroughly checked everything after installing the part and asked if we had any questions. My husband and I were so impressed by the knowledge, thoroughness, kindness, and trustworthiness we felt by all three people we interacted with today. The pricing was beyond fair, future planned work and pricing was explained very well to us, and we know who we will be calling from here on out! There are a million options for AC repair, but not only is the air in the house refreshing again, all of these individuals today are as well and were outstanding! Thank you Sano Heating & Air Conditioning! And thank you again, Leah, Manny & Andrew! You are AWESOME!! read more

Stevie went above and beyond! Efficient, kind, knowledgeable and went out of his way to get the job done. I am very impressed with this company and their ethics and dedication to customer service! Thank you Sano very much ! read more

Our experience with Sano was amazing! We hired them to install a new AC unit. Darren came out to our house for a free consultation and went over several different options. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. On install day, Jacob and Noel (the installers) were on time and were very efficient. They were super professional at their job, but also very personable. We really appreciated all the extra touches, such as putting down protective rugs, so that our floors would not get damaged/dirty. The guys also put on booties in the house, before we even asked! We are very happy with our new AC unit and would definitely recommend Sano! read more

Great experience! I received a flyer in the mail for Sano heating and air. I was impressed with the price for a tune up and the info shared about their company, so I thought what the heck I'll give them a try. I'm glad I did. Cameron and Daron, the techs were on time, very thorough, friendly, and honest. They didn't try to upsell me on anything. If you're thinking about a tuneup or need a repair on your heating or air-conditioning unit . I would highly recommend Sano air conditioning. read more

We got our reminder to schedule our furnace tune up through our maintenance membership. Called one day and the team was available the next day! Stevie was our technician and did a great job communicating with us, educating us on our system and giving his honest recommendations/feedback. The process was easy, professional, and positive overall. Still highly recommend the Sano team to anyone who is considering! read more

Sano was an excellent company to work with. I received first class service, the technicians were very efficient, accommodating, and showed up on time. When they finished their job, they cleaned the area thoroughly. They installed a new furnace and air conditioner in our home. I would recommend them to others considering services. read more

First of all, this company is amazing. They are really upstanding people who know what they're doing and take pride in their work. From when I called until the last day, they were kind, friendly, and hardworking. We called in for an ac installation. Manny came and gave a great estimate. Manny is also a marine veteran, which is appreciated because my husband is also a marine vet. We always try to pick veteran owned companies if possible and this happened to be one of them. Manny wasn't trying to oversell or hussle me. Before we got to them, I went through a few other companies for a quote. They all seemed sleezy compared to this group. Anyways, the job took three days. Ivan and another man came (can't remember his name and I feel bad), they were outstanding! Very careful with our home. Even when there was a small mishap, they took care of it and made me feel like they really cared about us as customers. Everything came out the way they told us it would be. Now our house is nice and cool! If you live in the Anaheim area, make sure you ask for Manny and Ivan :) read more

Had a bad "attic" odor coming into the house from all of the registers. Called Karla at Sano and Manny came out to investigate. After hearing what could be done, I opted to have all the ducts replaced, with an added "air scrubber". The guys that did the swap out were fantastic. Rosalio & Jacob were always professional, friendly, worked their asses off, and answered any questions I threw at them. Great work guys! From Karla to Manny, Rosalio, and Jacob, the entire process was smooth. The price was fair, but a little higher than I would have liked. But in the end, I'm happy I chose to go with the Quality Team, Sano Heating & Air. Thank You again Karla, Manny, Rosalio, and Jacob. God bless you all! read more

Sano Heating and Air Conditioning provided amazing and outstanding installation services for my new heating and air conditioning system. The professional and knowledgeable installers did a fantastic job. Once I call to have service requested for maintenance the immediate response was great and communication from the time of arrival was excellent. Thank you to the team for a great experience of customer service greatly appreciated. Well Done! read more

My air conditioner stopped working, so I checked them out and was impressed by the positive reviews. The guy said that I needed to replace the breaker, and recommended a surge protector. It was to be $900. I decided to look into replacing the electric panel, but my electrician did not recommend. I had Edison come out and check the panel, and they said panel was fine. Then they looked at air conditioner, and found, a burned out box where they added an extension in order to move the unit to a better location. My electrician fixed it for $500. The air conditioner guy never looked at the box. I would have spent $900 for nothing. read more

Patrick H. Came and did a deep clean of my air conditioning condenser and did a great job. He made sure to put all the items back in order as well as made sure my air conditioning temperature was running at the right levels. I signed up for the monthly subscription of $11.95 a month and I get two cleanings a year once in summer and one in winter. Thank you Patrick H. read more

They were fantastic. Showed up on time was very respectful and honest and did a great job and took care of our issue.

Patrick and his team did a great job. Got my whole job set up and arranged for the electrician to upgrade my electrical panel since I have an older house and the remediation as well for my entire project. Without adding a premium on top to handle those services. I'm quite happy with the way everything was executed and turned out, and their cost was also quite reasonable. read more

Patrick came out even earlier than scheduled and worked quickly and efficiently. The charge was less than another estimate and his assessment was accurate! He repaired the unit and provided extra service, changing out our old filter. We will definitely call again when we have a problem. read more

5-Star service all around! Getting an appointment was easy and fast, had their guys out the next day (could've been same day, but I wasn't home). Christian, Sam and Jim showed up right on time; very professional and courteous. They clearly know what they are doing and were able to quickly diagnose the issue as well as point out a few things that might become an issue down the road without any upselling pressure. They took the time to teach me a few things about the system, how it works and what to expect from it once it's been fixed. Other companies we've used in the past have misdiagnosed, overcharged and aggressively tried to push buying a complete new system. Very pleased with this service and cannot recommend Sano enough! Thanks, guys!! read more

Thanks to Patrick and the team, our attic and HVAC system is new again! The system is way quieter and the new duct delivered air equally to every area in the house. The improvement was significant because we were living with a dirty attic and old HVAC system that was not calibrated to deliver air evenly. I also like that the team paid attention to the details of the house, sealed off openings where rodents can enter, thoroughly detailed their work and processes, helped us financed this project. Last but not least, the team really enjoy the work that they do and that shines through in their work with excellent attitude and work ethics. I would hire Sano again for future projects because they exemplify honesty and true artistry. Thanks again, you guys are rockstars! read more

Used Sano for AC Maintenance, they they were very responsive on Yelp and had excellent customer service. The install crew- Jake, Noel and Roberto worked good together, quick, efficient and resourceful (had some issues but they were overcome! completed in 8 hrs! From the start to finish we had a great experience with this company. I reached out via Yelp message to find out pricing and when they can come by to fix our AC unit. Patrick helped us get setup and scheduled for a technician to come by the next day. The technician who came by was Ibrahim. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and took his time to figure out what was wrong with our AC unit instead of rushing through the process. To me, this shows that this company truly cares about their customers and want to make sure we are properly taken care of. If you want honest pricing and great customer service from start to finish, I highly recommend reaching out to Sano Heating & Air Conditioning. If I have any issues with my AC or heating unit, I will definitely be reaching out to them again. read more

John came out to do a tune up on my 2015 unit. He was on time, professional, and a clear communicator. I will keep using Sano for all my HVAC needs. read more

There's a reason why this place has a 5 star rating with many reviews. They are the best company for your HVAC needs! I was fortunate enough to get John for my air conditioning tune up. I asked to observe what he was doing and he welcomed it. He even explained everything to me. From the starting amperage for the compressor to the condensation drainage. I like learning so it was a blast for me to learn how it all works and how the system is connected. John spent a decent amount of time making sure my unit is good to go and gave me his recommendations. He seemed honest and genuinely nice. I never once felt pressured to buy anything and he was honest with his recommendations and what he would do if he were in my shoes. I would definitely recommend Sano if you're needing a tune up or diagnosis of your HVAC system. I even told my parents about them and they'll probably be scheduling an appointment in the near future. Highly recommend Sano! read more

I used SANO services last year to install new airducts and remove the old asbestos base airducts and do a general maintenance. I called them again for this years annual maintenance. I feel very luck to find a company that is honest, and fair pricing. Great staff and employees. They are all very professional, very clean and always willing to go that extra step. I have signed up for the annual service and it is worth every penny. Highly recommended. read more

We hired Sano to inspect our HVAC system and also get on a routine maintenance plan. We bought our house 2 years ago and never had the system inspected. It's not having issues but with the change of seasons it felt like the right time to have it inspected to make sure it stays that way. I found Sano on Yelp, and they had excellent reviews. Sano sent their tech John R. to my home. He was very professional, personable, and polite! John kept the work area clean and wore booties when he came into our home. He was honest and transparent about the work and the pricing was fair. He gave our AC unit a tuneup, replaced the compressor and fan battery and installed a soft start so we can keep it running well. He signed us up for their maintenance plan and explained all the benefits, which includes two annual visits and inspections for a nominal fee. We look forward to continuing our relationship with Sano for years to come. read more

Of course my A/C stopped working during a heat wave. Luckily, I reached out to Sano and was able to get someone to come out the next afternoon (Thursday). Unfortunately a simple Freon refill was not in the cards for me, but Manny was able to give me options for A/C and heater replacement and schedule me in first thing Monday. I am so happy to say that it's Monday afternoon and everything is now in working order. Jacob and Matt were extremely professional and polite. They treated my home as if it were their own. I feel like my home was left cleaner than before they started . While a full replacement costs a pretty penny, I am completely satisfied with the efficient & personal service from Manny, Jacob, Matt and Manny's partner (sorry I forgot to ask for your name again). They took the time to explain every step and always ready to answer any questions I had. THANK YOU! read more

I moved into my home almost two years ago and never had my HVAC system looked at other than at the final inspection during escrow. I called Sano after receiving a flyer in the mail for a tune up special and made an appointment for the upcoming Friday. I received a text when they were on their way the morning of which was great. Three technicians arrived promptly and started their work. They took temperature readings from all of the AC vents, took apart the AC unit and cleaned it out, checked out my air ducts and furnace, and then suggested I replace everything even though everything worked fine to me. They said my AC unit is a "cheap" brand and is about 15 years old. The recommendations I received included moving my furnace from the garage to the attic to be more centralized in the house, replacing the ducts because it wasn't the updated style so I am currently breathing in fiber particles, cutting out a whole in the ceiling in the hall to relocate the filter to be more centralized in the house, replacing my nest with another control device and replacing the AC unit to have a more energy efficient system. I was told my system wouldn't last much longer so it wouldn't be worth it to replace just the ducts and then a year from now have to replace everything. I asked for a quote for everything and even though there are specials and 0% interest for up to 18 months, there is no way I'm paying $488 monthly for 15 years to pay for a new system when the current one is still working fine and is paid off. I was asked to sign their work agreement because the quote I received wasn't going to be valid for 30 days as it usually is and was told I can cancel within 3 days, but they also wanted to start working on Monday. I didn't feel comfortable signing the contract so I declined. It just seemed as if there was no work available for them and they wanted to secure a quick $43k job. When I declined the project, one of them made a comment that I didn't really appreciate which was "so you're going to keep breathing in the fiber particles?" I guess that's being honest but the approach seemed out of line. Sounds like a used car salesman to me. Overall they were friendly and knowledgeable, but they are salesmen and I felt that they were trying to upsell me. I didn't even get a receipt printed or emailed after paying for the tune up charge. read more

Stevie went above and beyond when he came to do my AC tube-up. I recently moved into this house, and he took the time to explain the system I have and what I need to do to keep it well-maintained. He showed me how dirty the vents were and recommended getting them cleaned annually- which was really helpful advice as a new homeowner. Stevie was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable. I actually found Sano Air through their mailer while I was looking for a reliable company, and I'm so glad I did. I would highly recommend Sano Air to all my friends and family. read more

We had an error show up on our AC thermostat which seemed to be a simple fix. I tried to get quotes from 9 companies after giving them a detailed explanation of what we needed done and Sano was the only one who would commit to a price. I made the appointment right away and they were able to come out the same week! Stevie was very professional and courteous and spent plenty of time explaining to us what the issue was. We actually had to replace the thermostat which he did right away. He provided excellent customer service and arrived on time at the beginning of the service window. Reasonably priced, great communication from everyone from beginning to end (quote, scheduling and visit) and seem to be a good honest company. We will definitely reach out to Sano again for our future AC needs! read more

Our central A/C was due for an overhaul, and the air ducts had to go. Sano knocked it all out in a single day with a team of three. They took detailed before-and-after photos throughout the process, which was great for peace of mind. Since it was a big job, they gave me a discount and even offered 18 months of 0% financing. The crew was professional, clear about every step, and meticulous in both their work and documentation. Highly recommended! read more

Stop looking further. You just found your guys! I requested several quotes here on Yelp and Patrick( the owner) is one of the most reasonable quotes I received. I called to get our smart thermostat installed but he suggested we do our maintenance, change filter, clean our outdoor AC system and make sure all of our wiring is ok just to make our time worthwhile, all included in the quoted price! (Not once did he try to up sell. Like I said, you will not find a place that's more reasonable) Now there was a schedule mix up and we actually got a no show at our scheduled time. When I reached out to Patrick, he immediately sent someone over and apologized that they had wrote me on a different day. They waived all service fee due to their mistake. I will hire and recommend this business to all of our family and friends. read more
