Because summer is coming up we hired Sano to perform maintenance on our AC. The machine outside has not been cleaned since we had it installed a few years ago but Stevie took care of it right away. He arrived on schedule, was very professional, and took time to teach me about how to properly maintain our system so it will run efficiently. He also took a look at our furnace and cleaned that too. I'm very happy overall with the work that was done and I feel confident we will be ready for the summer heat. Price was affordable and I highly recommended them! read more

Although I was disappointed that the credit and rebates didn't work out, the installation crew, Rosalio and Daniel, were awesome. Revised from 4 to 5 stars: 8/8/24 After posting my review, Patrick reached out and quickly made it right. He was very professional, listened to my concerns, and resolved everything smoothly. read more

Patrick and his team are top notch. Patrick went above and beyond to not only help with our HVAC needs, but also got us some great referrals for electrical and other work we needed. The attention to detail stood out so much that the city inspector was impressed with how clean everything turned out. Patrick is good at giving options as far as what will suit your needs and your budget. I highly recommend this company for all your HVAC installs and or repairs. I couldn't be more happy with the work! read more

My gut feeling was to go with Sano, I didn't, and I really regret it. This is why I wish I chose Sano- We got 4 bids for an HVAC makeover. Patrick, the owner, came and was very knowledgeable. Everything he explained to us made sense. When we received bids from the other 3 companies (2 of which with hundreds of great reviews on Yelp too), we were underwhelmed with their plan for our house. We ended up using Patrick's bid of what he wanted to put in HVAC (equipment, design etc) wise as a guideline for for everyone else. We went with the cheapest company, not Sano. What a mistake. 3 weeks later and the job is not done, the upstairs airflow is minuscule and downstairs could blow you off your feet. This is a lot of money to spend to not be happy. I should have gone with Sano. Sano has a "No change order guarantee" and "satisfaction guarantee." Other companies don't have that. The company I used didn't have that. I went with a diff company with the cheapest price. Well, after change orders to fix work done wrong the first time, we are ending up paying what Sano ( the second lowest quote) was going to charge. I write this review so people don't have to go through what I did. My friends who are looking into AC for their homes ask me if I would recommend the company I used, I say no, but make sure you get a bid from Sano because that is who I wish I would have used. read more

John was great. Quick diagnosis and resolution as well as education of maintaining my hvac.

Stevie came and helped fix my broken B-vent pipe and also helped diagnose and do some maintenance on my unit. He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and best of all thorough. He was patient in answering all my questions and helped me learn how to troubleshoot issues on my own. My AC is now working better than ever. Patrick was really helpful in answering my preliminary questions and Justin on the schedule team side was communicative and fast too. I'll be honest I had a little sticker shock at the pricing but at the end of the day I was happy with the quality of work performed. Thanks, Sano! read more

Our blower motor went out and we called Sano Heating & Air Conditioning for emergency repair service. They scheduled first thing next day. Patrick Higgins the technician was great! Showed up on time. Fixed the problem with our air conditioner. Awesome company. Highly recommend! read more

We had an emergency 3 days ago l, when our 29 year old unit blew up..literally, black smoke and all. I sent a feeler out that night(Sunday), and within minutes Patrick contacted me and scheduled to have his tech Sam come out the next day. Sam was great, he tested the condenser and other parts of the AC and furnace and basically confirmed that our unit was beyond repair. Needless to say I was worried I would have to sell a kidney to finance a new set up..however, when we met Patrick a few hours later to discuss rates, we were pleasantly surprised. No AC units are not cheap, but Sano definitely offers very reasonable options as well as payment options. A day later Ivan, Matt, and Chris(?) came to our house and took care of the install professionally, and promptly. The coils offered a cleaner smelling air immediately, and the new unit was able to get our house down from 85degrees to 73 in less than an hour. There aren't enough good things I can say about the people at Sano, they are dedicated, reliable, and thorough. In a matter of 3 days we were back up and running, and for me and my family, that was priceless. If your AC unit needs to be replaced, don't hesitate to contact Sano, and don't be scared that it will break the bank. read more

I wanted to give a huge shout out to Sano!! We got our air conditioning replaced a while ago but just now getting to the review. Everything was SO seamless. Huge shout out to Sam! He came to my house very quickly after I made a call that our air wasn't working properly. Sam was able to diagnose the problem so fast and efficiently. He gave us multiple options which was so nice because he didn't push the purchase of a new unit super hard. He answered all my questions! Sam also orchestrated a seamless installation with the great team from Sano. They were clean, respectful, kind and knowledgeable. I can't recommend this company enough. read more

We chose Sano to replace our HVAC system after interviewing several vendors, reviewing their estimates, and doing some research. In the end, the number of five-star reviews spoke for themselves. Patrick, who had initially evaluated the job, responded quickly after we had made our choice, and had a crew ready to help us out ASAP. Matt and Jacob came to our home and did a great job replacing our old systems and making sure the new ones were installed correctly and up to code. They even bantered with our seven-year-old, who wanted to show them her artwork. Overall, Sano was friendly, professional, and did an excellent job, and we look forward to partnering with them for years to come. read more

Patrick and Ivan were great to work with. Their crew was very respectful, friendly and polite. The install for the Heat pump seemed to go as planned and the clean up was very good as well. It was very refreshing to work with a company that takes pride in their workmanship. read more

My thermos needed to be replaced and the burner of the wall heater needed to be lowered. We were able to get someone out within a few hours after calling. Great communication via text before and after the visit. Stevie A. was super friendly and professional. The repairs were done right away. My grandma has dementia and both tech's were super kind and engaging with her. The cost of the repairs were very fair and less than I expected. I highly recommend these guys. read more

When my System started making clicking noises I called a technician from the service my complimentary warranty for my new house. The guy said it was a loose screw and fixed it. A few months later the clicking returned and several weeks later, the AC and heater only blew room temperature air. I went into the attic and couldn't' figure out what was wrong. I called Sano and told them the issue. Stevie and his partner came down to check out. They figured out the issue and replaced a failed motor control damper. The price for labor was reasonable as it was a job that I would not be able to so myself considering my system is in the attic and had parts that needed to be disassembled. They also topped off my coolant for free and educated me on my system. It was also cool that they were both MMA fans and very sociable. I highly recommend them and will be using their service again. read more

Messaged through Yelp and received a very prompt response. They were very flexible. Ibrahim came out on time (no waiting two hours!) figured out what was wrong very quickly and was willing to work with us on pricing. While I was discussing pricing with my husband, he went ahead and did some wiring work that he saw needed done free of charge. I'm confident our AC will be flawless during summer and that due to their expertise, our wiring is done safely and correctly. Thanks for making this so easy! Our family is 4 is grateful and you have lifelong customers in us. read more

Reached out this morning for an appt to get a quote on a complete replacement of AC and furnace and they stopped by a couple hours later. This is my first quote so I wasn't ready to move forward but I must say that Manny went above and beyond in educating/informing me of my options and how to move forward. He didn't pressure me with any sale tactics, which was a breath of fresh air and honestly, is just a all around good dude. Def reach out to Sano if you are looking into quotes for getting any heating/AC work done. read more

We had Daniel and Eric come yesterday to replace our ductwork. They arrived on time, were perfect gentlemen, explained in detail everything they were doing, cleaned everything up, and our A/C is nothing short of amazing now!! They even fixed a pipe that was supposed to get rid of carbon monoxide but was leading it right into the house! We had no idea! I honestly can't say enough about these guys! read more

I was surprised when I submitted a request for an estimate and received a response within a few minutes. Patrick, the owner, was able to send someone out that same afternoon. My furnace was no longer working after 56 years of providing heat to our home. Stevie, the technician who came out to look at my furnace identified the problem within minutes. I knew parts would be a problem with a furnace as old as mine. I knew it was time to replace the furnace. Patrick had sent Manny that same day as well to discuss the replacement of my very old furnace. Manny took the time to explain to me the different types of furnaces and my husband and I settled on a AC Pro 2Stage furnace which is more energy efficient than a single stage furnace. Our new furnace was installed the next day. The crew who came to install the furnace, Ivan and Junior, did a fantastic job of installing the furnace and a new intake vent. They were very respectful of my home and cleaned up everything after they were finished. It was like they were never there. Everything was clean and the way it was before they started. I can't say enough about Sano Heating and Air Conditioning. The owner, Patrick, understood what I needed and the turn around to get me a new furnace was amazing. I thought I would have to wait at least a week before I would have a new furnace. I never thought I would have it the next day. Patrick and his entire crew that installed my new furnace were very friendly, considerate and very competent. I highly recommend Sano Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone who is in need of Heating or AC services. They are reliable, skilled and provide excellent service. read more

Sano Saved The Day!! During probably the hottest weekend of the year, our AC suddenly stopped working and there was noise coming from the unit outside!! We called our local heroes and their response was so fast. Yes! I'm not exaggerating, these guys were so fast and reliable. Their prices were amazingly affordable for such an emergency, and they fixed the problem in less than an hour. Their diagnostic was clear and easy to understand (we need to be more responsible with the air filters, although I think we know whose fault it is). They changed all the required parts and left us with our system working perfectly!! Better than new :) It's such a good surprise finding people that offered you genuine help, with good attitude, and looking to help their neighbors. We totally recommend this team of local heroes. read more

Sam from Sano Heating & Air Conditioning came out and serviced our 15-yr old AC unit today. We've not done regular maintenance on this unit, but its still going strong, even though OLD! Sano technician showed up when promised and diagnosed my furnace problem in a few minutes. John was very polite and took the time to show me all the issues. Repair cost would have been $2100+. A new furnace cost $7700. Since the furnace was 28 years old I decided to spend the money on a new one. A different crew came when promised, removed the old furnace and had the new one running in 4 hours. Sano owner, Patrick, even came by to check on things. Overall a great experience. I highly recommend Sano. read more

During the heat wave last month, our upstairs AC unit decided to stop working. I decided to call SANO due to their high star rating and also the number of very recent reviews (unlike some other companies that had very old customer reviews on Yelp). SANO's technician Stevie came out and diagnosed our system as having a severe freon leak and that they would not recommend re-charging the system as it would likely escape too. I decided to replace the system and Manny came out to explain the choices available (brands, specs, warranty/labor lengths and pricing). Once I selected the system I wanted, they scheduled my install the very next business day and their install crew did a great job. They called ahead before arriving, arrived on time, rolled out floor coverings inside the house from the attic access to the front door and at the end of the install they vacuumed the small area where debris fell beside the coverings. They also took the old units away and every scrap of trash and cardboard from the installation of the new units. It's been a week now with the new system and we love it. Quiet and cool. read more

Just got done with replacing our AC unit. Obviously the $7300 repair cost was a gut blow but SANO offered financing which helped big time. The entire process from start to finish was smooth, professional and trustworthy. If I could give 6 stars I would. Also they responded to the initial request immediately and did so with the diagnostic cost in the very first message! I can't tell you how important this is to grabbing business; let that be a lesson to other small businesses. That's what got me to respond to them. Most businesses will respond with a "when can we call you to discuss?" and take you down a prolonged conversation. People don't have time for that. Kudos to Sano. I would recommend to anyone. read more

Quick, timely, and professional! I originally contacted another well rated AC repair company but that company was scheduling appointments for almost two weeks out, which really isn't acceptable. Sano was my second company that I called. The person who answered was courteous and scheduled Stevie to come out first thing the next morning. In the morning, I received an automated text that Stevie was on his way to the rental property. Soon after Stevie arrived and diagnosed the issue, he called me and let me know the issue, exact cost and that he had the part on hand and could fix it right away. The tenant was very happy and I'm very happy that I didn't have to drive 50 miles back and forth and that the cost was very reasonable for the repair. Will definitely recommend and use again! read more

I only have a brief experience with Stevie from Sano but I can say that he's a reliable guy and that he helped us a lot to figure out what's wrong with my A/C. The value of their services is very competitive and the lowest I've seen so far in YELP. They are a small company but they are very professional. I would definitely call them again for any HVAC issues. read more

After meeting with Anthony from Sano, we were confident that we were dealing with an honest and reputable company with very knowledgeable representatives, and we were given a very reasonable estimate for replacing our central a/c system. So, though we'd talked with other companies, we decided to go with Sano. The very next morning, Noel, Jacob, and Tyler showed up with our new system. They were friendly and respectful, and they really knew their stuff. They worked carefully and efficiently, and by the end of the afternoon, our 86-degree home was a comfortable 70 degrees again. We want to send out a huge thank you to Anthony, Noel, Jacob, and Tyler. They did a stellar job, made the project a pleasant experience, and we're extremely pleased with the result. To my mind, the outstanding quality of Sano's personnel speaks volumes about their company's leadership, and I can't recommend the folks at Sano highly enough. read more
