Just came back.. They just added a new menu. I got the spicy tuna roll! Was fresh and delicious! I'm so happy. If things were able to get better it just did. Overall, this place lived up to my last expectations but even more. The middle-aged couple gives such a friendly service where they make you feel like family. Definitely come here for good service and fresh yummy food! :) read more

I ordered #29 pastrami, cheese avocado hot sandwich and a drink (free refill!). It was so good. Cheese was perfectly melted, and my stomach was very pleased! I don't think I had a legit good quality sandwich in a long time, because I would always go to subway near home. I was so glad I stumbled upon this store while stopping at fry's. My favorite thing about this restaurant was the atmosphere. Unlike other places where the music is too loud and the seats are literally stuck to each other, this place is quiet and the seats are spacious and clean. I think it would be a GREAT place to come for group meetings/hangouts. Not to mention, the sandwiches are delicious and the service is great. The two Korean? Chinese? owners who took my order were also very kind and cute. Ps. I also noticed Starbucks right next door, which I visited afterwards for some iced coffee. AND THEY DELIVER!!! ($20 minimum) wow. read more

This place is always a hit with our office. The ingredients are always fresh and the employees are always so sweet. I love the turkey avocado sandwich, the meatball is a favorite among a few in the office and we never have any complaints! I have also had a breakfast bagel sandwich and it was very good I just thought it was a little pricey but I will always love this place for a good fresh sandwich! read more

This was my go-to spot when I was pregnant. I always order a regular chicken salad sandwich on squaw (no tomatoes, no pickles, extra sprouts and red onions). Not because I had mad cravings for it but because Kaiser was just down the street. After every prenatal appointment--Sandwich Plus. After every baby prep class--Sandwich Plus. The staff is always so nice and welcoming. There's not much effort to my sandwich so it's always ready by the time I get my drink from the dispenser. They accept card so that's always a plus. Unfortunately, I don't live in this area but that's okay because it makes my sandwich experience THAT much more wonderful whenever I go. read more

I ordered delivery, ordered the egg salad sandwich on squaw bread (toasted), chicken salad sandwich on sourdough bread (toasted), chicken breast avocado salad (thousand island dressing), soup of the day (chicken noodle soup)....They came in a sealed box, everything was nicely packaged n tasted very fresh...Nom nom :) read more

Thanks to the nearby hospital, I've become very familiar with this shop over the years. The interior has undergone a few quality of updates, a few more staff are present. The sandwiches are consistently good every time. That's the appeal of Sandwich Plus. They don't try and , "reinvent the wheel." They make a good sandwich, using quality ingredients, have friendly staff and make a good sandwich that you can count on every time. Chains like Subway with their SOPs and assembly line of ingredients don't even come close. It feels good supporting a small, family business. It feels even better knowing that it's not just lip service, but they actually deliver a worthwhile product. The regular sized sandwich is enough for a meal. I can split the large into two meals 9 out of 10 times and I'm a pretty big dude. Prices are average compared to competitors. There is sufficient parking in the area, but coming from the hospital can get a little hairy. read more

There's sandwiches are amazing! I got the meatball & cheese and my partner got the avocado ham turkey bacon & they set a new bar for sandwiches. It's a small mom & pop place. The gentleman behind the counter was super respectful and showed the upmost respect. 10/10 will eat again because of the service and the amazing food! read more

I absolutely love this place!! The owners are always there, they give a smile when you come through the door and always say hello! They sure know how to put together a breakfast bagel!! They have a huge menu and everything I've tried is very good!! Their seating is spread out and can fit about 40-50 people. They are conveniently located just off the 91 freeway and are visible to the passing traffic down Tustin Ave. I would recommend this to anyone! read more

Great homemade taste and high quality sandwiches. I ordered the the famous triple decker ham, Turkey breast, avocado, and bacon club on rye bread. It tastes way more fresh than subway or other sandwich shops. All the veggies were crisp and the bacon was the right amount of cooked. Price was around $7 and I was stuffed afterwards. It is family owned and it shows how much they care about their customers. Everyone was kind and friendly. It seemed like there were regulars because some of the staff knew a few people that walked in by name. Support this small business! read more

My favorite sandwich spot. SERIOUSLY UNBEATABLE SANDWICHES. AMAZING SERVICE. The couple working there always remembers my boyfriends and I's order and they're always so polite! Not to piss any repeating customers or anything, but both my husband and I thought this place was just ok.. I was greeted upon entering and the place was quite large having many tables and chairs.... The place was really clean which was good.. They offer 2 sizes, regular which is a 7 inch sandwich and a large which is 12 inches. They offer french or wheat bread. The sandwiches were made with care as everything was in place and nothing was falling out when I opened the wrappings. I ordered a blt with avocado for the hubby and I got a turkey and bacon. We thought it was good, but nothing really special. I was in and out in less than 10 mins which was great. They also serve rolls and miso soup. read more

Stopped here headed to work as a last minute audible for breakfast. It wasn't crowded, as I was the only customer at 8am. Place looked clean. I ordered a bagel sandwich with egg, bacon and cheese and a regular coffee for $8. I couldn't tell but it looked like the bacon and egg was microwaved. So I don't know if it was cooked in the micro or just warmed up. The sandwich was pretty good though. The coffee was great, strong and full. read more

Can get really busy at lunch, lines are usually decently long but everybody works quickly to get you out the door fast which is perfect if you have a 1/2 hr lunch. Food is good. Regular sized sandwiches are a bit on the small side when you compare the price to subway or togo's as their portions are usually larger, but the quality is there. Great for a snack or a full on lunch. read more

Great sandwich!! Avocado turkey bacon sandwich is a must try!! I love this place! My go-to family owned sandwich shop

Ok, I'm a bit of a sandwich fiend. I truly believe sandwiches are the perfect meal, and I am always joyous when I find a decent sandwich place. Sandwich Plus is far more than decent however. They're great! It's right down the street from my work and I always stop by at least 2-3 times a week for lunch. They have really good prices for what you get, and the sandwiches are GREAT. Bread is always soft and doughy and the meat and toppings are always fresh. Haven't had a bad experience yet! Try the Italian Cold Cut or the Turkey, Bacon, and Avocado Sandwich. You won't be disappointed. read more

Very good sandwich shop! Nothing fancy but great sandwiches! They also offer a large assortment of beverages to choose from either fountain drink or from their bottled drinks in the coolers. This is a great little place right off the 91 freeway and Tustin. The fact that it is Right next to a Starbucks gives it a few extra personality points in my book!! The family (I assume) that runs it is very polite and attentive. The place is very clean and modern. It is simply a sandwich shop, but the sandwiches are great!! The French bread is soooooo soft and the veggies are all fresh!! And for my wife to enjoy it really says something because to her food ALWAYS has to be pretty!! They have a pretty standard selection but once again it's fresh and tasty!! I thought about getting a sandwich to go as well!! It was that good!! Give them a try!! I would eat here over Subway any day. The people working there are extremely polite and professional. I'm a bit of a picky eater compared to most (I don't like mayo/mushrooms/etc), and this guy made absolutely sure he understood exactly what I wanted in my sandwiches. He genuinely cared! (The people at Subway/Togos usually only half-listen and use a dirty, mayo and mustard-covered knife to cut my sandwiches with, and give me dirty looks when I ask to have it fixed. On the really bad days they throw in random ingredients assuming I want them, even after I told them I didn't!) The sandwiches at Sandwich Plus are also the "tidiest" I've ever seen, if that makes sense. Very professionally made, and very tasty. Not just slapped together and sloppy. By far my favorite sandwich place, and probably the best customer service I've ever seen. read more

Hands down, this is probably one of the best sandwich shops I have ever been to in a long time! We were staying at Extended Stay America across the street last Wednesday while we waited for our room to be ready for an early check-in. We were visiting the area from Livermore to see the NKOTBSB concert at Honda Center, and we were starving! The prices are affordable, and they even have combo specials that were still under $8.00. I ordered their turkey, bacon, and avocado sandwich in French bread. This is exactly what I thought HEAVEN would taste like! My boyfriend tried their chicken salad sandwich. It was amazing! It had a little bit of sweet to it, just like the way they make it in the Philippines! Their shop is also pretty large, and able to accommodate the huge lunch crowd that we thankfully just missed. The staff working there were also a great plus to that place. They were sweet, and very welcoming with their smiles, and the man behind the register was patient when I asked him for recommendations. They also never commented on the fact we stayed around for an hour and a half before our room got done. There is a Pollo Loco and a Starbucks next door, but definitely give this place a try, you will not regret it! Unfortunately, I don't think we will be staying in that area in the near future, however, if we get the chance, I would come back just to have that sandwich once again. read more

Very friendly workers, really good sandwiches. The ingredients are really fresh and the sandwiches are pretty big and inexpensive. This was my first time going and I will definitely come back read more

I had high hopes for this place because it is 4 1/2 stars on Yelp, but was shot down when I ordered the Avo + Turkey sandwich on squaw. International Deli in Diamond Bar killed it for me because now I just compare all the other places to it and to be honest, nothing compares. The sandwich was nothing special, the quality of the squaw bread wasn't that great. I had wished I spent my money on Subway instead because at least I could be more full eating a footlong for the same price. read more

ok I've been eating here for awhile. As with most other sandwich places I really like, I forget to review them! I like how FAST they are. Sandwiches are very filling! I've only tried a couple types, turkey with avocado, and tuna with avocado. I guess one thing I love is they have a sandwich category- Avocado lovers. Thats me. I do like how polite they are. The man taking the order is very, very good about asking exactly what you want in the sandwich. I like that too. Its really close to my work and home. read more

Great place for friends or co-workers to eat together! I'm not normally a fan of sandwiches, and subway's too heavy for me, but the versatility of this shop makes me happy. I can order anything I want, whatever I want without limits. I appreciate the length the workers are willing to go through to make sure I get what I really want. My friends and co-workers love coming here, and always end up here after much struggle to find a common place to eat! Definitely recommend giving it a try, even if you're not a sandwich fan. They have more than sandwiches, including some rolls and stuff so it's really great for everyone. Goin' there tomorrow! read more

Ok, so our visit here was purely on accident. Hubby wanted some coffee and maybe a sandwich at Starbucks. He made a right into the wrong complex and since there was heavy road work being done on this street, I asked him he'd want to try this place instead. I pulled up my trusty yelp app and read a few of the great reviews about this place. We were greeted immediately upon entering and the owner ( I'm assuming) let us know what sandwiches were popular. We both ordered the turkey, ham, and bacon with avocado on a wheat roll. It was nearly prepared (unlike subway where everything falls out with each bite). My first thoughts..."NOW, THAT'S A SANDWICH!!!" It was delicious! And the bacon! Perfectly crisp! We found ourselves a new sandwich shop! We will definitely be back :) read more

Looks to be a mom and pop place, very friendly man greets you upon entering. They have a nice selection of sandwiches. I chose the BLT with avocado. The bread was nice and fresh, very soft, not stale like some places. Sandwich Plus has to be the best sandwich shop in the area. I go here frequently on my lunch break at work & I have never been disappointed. Delicious sandwiches, fast service. My wife and I stopped here for lunch while we were traveling. Hope we travel this way again.

Sandwich plus is one of my favorite places to go for lunch. I would rather much come here then Subway or any of the other chain shops. Although the prices are a bit higher, I don't mind paying extra for better quality food. I love the chicken noddle soup! I'm not sure if they make it in house, but it taste homemade. I know they have different soups, but Tuesday is chicken noddle. I believe this shop is family owned, and the workers/owners is a nice Korean family. I recommend the avocado, turkey and bacon sandwich along with a small chicken noddle soup! It always hits the spot for me. read more
