The chicken pot pie for me was missing vegetables. They were a little slivers and Bitz here and there, but for the most part, it was chicken soup in a crust. I'd always wanted to stop at the food carts all those times I passed through Sandy...but was in too big of a hurry. Because it was pouring down rain, a only a 2-3 carts were open. I can only have gluten free foods due to allergies, so that made my options even more limited. Thankfully, this food cart had cheesesteak fries! I had them add their grilled pickled jalapeños to them as well. It. Was. Fire! Such a huge portion. They were beyond piping hot. So, it was perfect for a cold rainy day. It hit the spot and beyond. I scarfed almost the whole thing all by myself and was full for hours. Definitely daydreaming about these now as I sit here starving before I eat dinner.
