This bar pays homage to Janis and other music legends. Wonderful art and murals here. - The poster displays a woman dressed in flowing, ornate clothing, with long hair and jewelry, set against a colorful, psychedelic background. The border is decorated with intricate floral and swirling patterns in pink, yellow, and green. Text on the poster includes the date 'Sat Nov 25,' the location 'Avalon Ballroom, San Francisco,' and the year '1967,' with stylized lettering typical of the 1960s psychedelic art movement.

Five of us stopped in on the way to the mountain. What a welcoming place! The owners are very personal, the decor and art are top notch, and I had the best bar food I have ever had. They told us about Joe's Donuts up the block, and we went there next. Happy to support a community-oriented family-owned business. I want to return and try one of their burgers. Update: I had forgotten my scarf, and the owner ran outside to find us and return the scarf. Thank you so much!!

There is no better biker bar on the block

There exists in Sandy a place to go and look at motorcycle porn, grab a Hamm's lager in a can, and eat fairly appetizing looking bar food. Actually there may exist more than one of these places, however the past few years I've visited Sandy over the holidays this is the one I've walked to most often. The drinks are poured stout, the place is pretty nice, the waitstaff has always been kind to an out of towner who didn't even know what Hamm's was (it never made it to Tennessee). It's a wee-bit divey, but in a nice way... not the smells like a bathroom sort of way. The crowds I've seen there were all pretty good natured, but your experience may vary. Oh, and did I mention the wall to wall bike porn? It's fabulous.

This place is dirty and doesn't follow safe food handling or covid mandates. Save your money and your health by staying far away!!!

I just had the best fried chicken sandwich of my life here--perfectly crispy and flavorful. Their burgers and fries are also top-tier and always hit the spot. The drinks are just as impressive; unlike most places, they make handmade margaritas using fresh lemon, lime, triple sec, and tequila (of course) You can really taste the quality! They also have a fantastic selection of local beer on tap. It's the perfect atmosphere to catch a game. With a giant projection screen and plenty of TVs, there truly isn't a bad seat in the house. Plus, they have a pool table, ping pong, and old-school pinball along with other games. We've also heard they serve an excellent breakfast with homemade biscuits and gravy and breakfast sandwiches--we haven't tried it yet, but we can't wait to come back for it! Whether you're a mountain local or just passing through on your way to or from Mt. Hood, this place hits it out of the park every time.

Fun friendly crowd too - I was rooting against the Seahawks and nobody was bothered. Giant screen for sports, several free games (which is great for the kids). Also a lot of pinball and a few arcade titles. Counter ordering for drinks and food. They run with a light crew so there is usually a line and a wait for your food - it's worth it. And there's plenty of entertainment in there to pass the time. Burgers are phenomenal.

The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out hot. The sides (especially the tater tots and fries) were crispy and well done. We chose to sit outside, and the patio area was clean, comfortable, and made for a really nice dining experience. Service was friendly and efficient--our food came out quickly without sacrificing quality. Overall, a great spot with good food and great service. I'd definitely come back.

Not bad, until right after we sat down, 2 kids showed up with a wallet (dads?) and started playing their little arcade games. Bad enough, as they were pretty loud, arguing because the boy wouldn't let the girl play, but one game squeaked so badly, non stop. They were in by 20-30 dollars, and still playing when we left. The family came by twice, did nothing, the server did nothing about the noise (maybe unplug it?!), and we finished our dinner as quickly as possible and left. (There were no free tables to move to, I guess, because there was only 2 of us) It is sad that this very otherwise nice restaurant feels that they need to put in arcade games, unserviced clearly by the noise), right next to dining tables and think that's ok. Because it was Christmas, I didn't speak out, but I will never go back. When so little attention is paid to the comfort of guests, instead catering to children's toys, I will spend my money elsewhere where I am respected. Disappointing visit.
