We were the only minority party present. Based on what we witnessed, we were left with the strong impression that we were treated differently. If every table was truly reserved beginning at 7:00 p.m., it is difficult to understand why other parties were still being seated while we were denied service. No explanation beyond "we're fully booked" was provided. Given the seriousness of what we experienced, we intend to formally pursue this matter through the appropriate channels. We also hope management reviews its reservation records and any available surveillance footage from that evening to determine exactly what occurred and ensure that every guest is treated fairly and with respect.
